Hello Cathe,

I am new to the fan club. As I am starting a weight loss program, I would like to purchase your DVD. But, not one is stocked in the local bookstores (i.e. Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc.). Without having to lean on ordering over the web, is there a retailer you favor to carry your fitness DVDs? And another question- Which DVDs do you prefer in series as I lose weight over time? I am a meso-endo and 5'9 in height. Do I go from the low impact routines to the hardcore series?

Cathe's DVD's are not available in stores. The Discovery Channel Store sells abbreviated workouts, I believe as seen on FitTV.

DVDs may be ordered through this site or through collagevideo.com.

If you're uncomfortable in ordering the DVDs on the Internet, you can always call Cathe's customer support and order them over the phone.

Hope this helps.

Just thought I'd let you know that Cathe has a wonderful package for beginners at Target. It includes quite a varity of workouts.

they are her basic step/body fusion workouts which also include the add-ons for abs, arms, legs. her total body stretch and the low impact step and toning workout. i forgot the name of the toning workout that was on the same dvd as the low impact step. but i believe you DO NOT get the premix options like you would if you ordered them from cathe.com. the set also includes the step, ball with pump, and 3lbs weights. i believe it also has a toning band but don't quote me on that.
