resistance band with preorder

I've ordered all the Hardcore DVDs from CKSALES. I'm wondering if the resistance band is included with CKSALES preorders. If not where can we get them in Canada? Thanks!

Just chiming in that I was just over at the CKSALES site and it does say the resistance band is included.


If you do a search on "Cathe Friedrich" you'll see the presale pop up and toward the bottom it says "Includes FREE resistance band."
