You guys have to check this channel out on youtube! Her workouts are perfect for seasoned Cathlete's who love a challenge. She does mostly Hiit and heavier weights and sort of seems a bit Cross Fit inspired. She posts 6 new workouts a week (full length, many topping an hour). Her lower body work is especially awesome, imho. <3 Highly recommend!
