Question for Fitness Freak

How did you know about that? LOL! I will be making up a 4 week (possibly 8 week) rotation starting Dec. 1st. I'm going to incorporate Gym Style and 4DS workouts and see what I can come up with. Then I'll make a thread in the checkin forum for anyone who wants to follow it. I hope you will join me!

That would be great! I'm doing one part per day this month and was going to put together something with the 4DS for next month, but I'll let you do it instead :)
 
Debbie: I just checked in over here and am so happy you are creating a new rotation for December with a check in for everyone. I am really looking for a muscle strength gain rotation and this sounds like it will be perfect! I have only really ever done endurance / cardio rotations and think I'm finally ready to give something else a try. Thanks in advance! :)

Awesome! I'm hoping I'll get a few recruits for this rotation! It will be fun to see how everyone does with it. I will make it challenging.

OMG! Just jumpin' in; hope you guys don't mind. Debbie, I'm excited about your next rotation and your checkin. I've read the different checkin's, mainly the hardcore maniacs to pick up a few tips and wondered how to join. I've done your leg blast 08 rotation and am currently doing the one body part and am really enjoying it. Just wanted to say thanks. They really should put you on the payroll.

Debbie will this rotation work for an endo like me or will I need to add alittle more cardio?

Yes, if you do the workouts as Cathe does then with little rest and lighter weights, you will be fine. If you want to build muscle then take more breaks and lift heavier then Cathe.

Cathe's workouts work for any body type if you change them up a bit. If done as is they are quite the fat burner workouts. If you add more rest time and heavier weights you will build. That is the beauty of her workouts.

I haven't figured out workout manager yet so I won't be posting it there.

My sister is 5'1 and wts 117lbs and she is 40 most of her wt is in her stomach what body type is she and what would work best for her. Thank You. Her goal is to lose 7lbs.
