Oh my, my, my!!
I just tried Christi Taylor's Happy Hour High/Low...I've actually had it in my closet for almost 2 years and hadn't even looked at it. I'm a loser!
OH MY GAWD!
This is just about the most fun I've ever had with cardio in my life (I pretty much do only Cathe's kickboxing - which of course I love - I'm a total dance klutz). I am literally shocked. I LOVE this workout like I can't believe. (Which isn't to say that I can actually DO the steps just yet but I'm getting better and it's really exciting for me!)
And if any of you know me from the Cardiohatesville checkin, then you know this is HUGE!!
This has really given me the dance bug. First time in my life! I'm so thrilled! Maybe I'm not a klutz after all!
I really like the hip-hop flavor, street-feel moves.
Could someone tell me if her other workouts are like this? I checked out what I could on Collage but couldn't really get a good sense of them.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
