RE: Christi Taylor Hi-Lo Recommendations
Hi there,
Wow, lots of action while I was out of town!
Let's see here.
Brendazzzz - I got Happy Hour High Low a year or more ago through Collage on a DVD called TERRIFIC TRIO. I notice now that Collage no longer has it, and that even Christi's site doesn't have it. Maybe you could try yahoo? I have only tried this cardio of Christi's so I have nothing to compare it to, but imagine an outdoor basketball court somewhere in Philadelphia where a bunch of cool street kids are practicing a jump rope routine. That's the best I can describe it. It's really fun even just to watch. As for being brave enough - let me tell you, I've always thought I hated dancey-type, choreographed cardio...it took a bunch of tries to get it down (and I can only do the first half of it so far), but it's been so fun trying to get these steps down that I literally can't stop thinking about it all the time and trying to figure out when I can next try it out! Totally not me!! Now, I have not tried out Steppin' Zone, but let me kind of warn you that it looks very dated and rather um, I don't know how to put it without sounding politically incorrect - I thought Happy Hour was so friggen cool that I showed a bunch of my friends the workout. By mistake I cued it up to Steppin' Zone first and was kind of embarrassed at the um, not-street feel...but I haven't done it yet, so who am I to judge by just by the look of it?
Anyway, I did make my order. I ended up getting :
Cardio Collectables
Fantastic Four
Humble Beginnings
FunkTional Fitness
Totally Hot Cardio
I'm totally excited to try them out!
Thanks again for all the help, everyone.
