Hi Cathe,
There is something I've been wanting to have clarified for quite some time now. I've been working out for almost two years now and am still confused about calorie consumption. If you calculate your calorie intake to be around 1600 for weight loss, but you eat 2000, and then work out and burn 400 calories, is it the same as eating the 1600 calories per day?
I know there are quite a few veterans here on-line however, because I've gotten so many varying opinions on this from veterans, I'd really like Cathe to answer this one for me. Thanks everyone!
