I recently developed plantar fasciitis and have had to stay
away from all cardio exercise for a couple of months. My foot
is hopefully getting better, but I'm wondering if I'll ever be
able to do high impact again. Right before my foot got really
bad, I ordered and received Imax 3 from Collage Video. I never
got to try it, and I know it's really high impact. For those of
you who have had plantar fasciitis, do you think I should return
Imax 3 and get credit from Collage to order another dvd? I'd hate
to do this to my foot again and not be able to exercise at all. I'm
thinking I'll just have to do mostly lower impact. What's your
opinion on this? Is Imax 3 easily able to be modified into
low impact?
Thanks for your help!
