Pyramid Upper Body still rocks

I love this work out! I find myself reaching for it .....even though I have the GS series.... I just love PUB. It has always been one of my favorites! I know the newer workouts seem to be what people talk about the most. Some days I can do a pyramid down or up only and go right into step workout and feel awesome!
 
Yep, I feel the same way. I was supposed to do S/H biceps and triceps tomorrow. But, I know i'll end up doing PUB. I think I love it cause I know exactly how many reps I'm doing and it's all pretty heavy stuff.
 
I've only been working out to Cathe for a year and a half but know her workouts are not going to get old for me. PUB/PLB included.
 
Soooooo glad I'm not the only one to feel that way. I'm recently back into working out, and though I plan to do others as a "Starter" I always end up back to PUB... In fact it's the one workout I rarely skip... :D
 
I'm going to chime in on this one, too! For some reason, when I have trouble deciding which DVD to do, I usually pick up the pyramids. The pace is quick, but doesn't feel rushed to me.
 
I love it, too! and I sometimes layer it in between the STS meso 1. my boys like to do this one, too, which is really cool.

BTW, what is a "DH"? i see that on this forum, but not sure what it means...
