Pyramid or gym style

Hoo boy. That is a tough one, as I really do love both. I have to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE PUB, but I love PLB less, only because it primiarly uses the barbell, and it gets REALLY old swapping the weight plates on/off. On the other hand, it's effective, no doubt about that.

And the Gym Styles? Well, they just rock. Seriously, they are all tremendous.

Do you know whether you prefer a 2 day or a 3 day split? With PUB, you cover all the UB in one workout, where the GS split UB over 2 days.

While I don't think I can give you a recommendation to go one way or the other (I do love them both, and use them both often), the good news is that you seriously can't go wrong, no matter what you choose! I know that's a lame answer, but it really is true.

I am looking at more of a split, so I think I will go with The Gym style, I alreay have the Gym style legs so I may as well complete the set. Then later do PLB & PUB. i want to go Upper Body Bliss that Cathe created

Thanks so much for your input

You are going to LOVE the Gym Styles!!!:) :)
You will see a difference in your Upper Body. I would get Core Max for some good abwork.

That is a hard choice.
I like the Pyramids because : they are a two-day split, which takes less time. The lower body workout (with added rests between sets) is a perfect combo of exercises, even without the ending ball work, very balanced.

I like the Gym Styles because: they are a three-day split, which is better for making upper body gains, the band work is an added bonus.

I do NOT like the Gym Styles chaptering (chapter points are not well placed, which makes some premixes, like "Back and biceps" unusable as-is, because there are too-quick transitions between moves and barbell placement that are impossible for anyone but the Flash to do without having to pause or reverse).
