Good Morning Ladies!
Today was 3 mile run and SM3 (with the band). Sat was CM and yesterday yoga. I never hear any talk about CM and I enjoyed it. It was the first time for me and burned 430 calories. Only requires a step, and 5 and 8# weights, so took it with me traveling.
