I have an idea for next DVD series. If there is not room for stretch segment after the workout why not put it on the main menu instead of having to search through all chapters. It would require a few less steps to find.
That's a great idea! The stretches at the end of all Cathe's workouts are just fine. But there are times when I would simply enjoy an extended stretch. 10 minutes will do for me!
I also like the idea of extended "bonus" stretch on the main menu !
Or may be even 2 alternative bonus stretches to alternate for greater variety.
I love both Total Body Stretching and Stretch Max DVDs and these two are my most used Cathe DVDs
I would totally buy the next stretching DVD Cathe produces . I tried using Yoga Relax as a stretch routine but it's too long for my patience.
10-20 minute segments are pure perfection
