Put Stretch on main menu


That's a great idea! The stretches at the end of all Cathe's workouts are just fine. But there are times when I would simply enjoy an extended stretch. 10 minutes will do for me!


I also like the idea of extended "bonus" stretch on the main menu !
Or may be even 2 alternative bonus stretches to alternate for greater variety.
I love both Total Body Stretching and Stretch Max DVDs and these two are my most used Cathe DVDs :)
I would totally buy the next stretching DVD Cathe produces . I tried using Yoga Relax as a stretch routine but it's too long for my patience.
10-20 minute segments are pure perfection :)
