Looks like rear shoulder raises, maybe as a warm-up for more shoulder work, since they are unweighted. (And I appreciate the hand position, which gets rid of impingement risk!)
 
This workout looks excellent!! It looks like we are really going to make great use of are ball!! I think I am most looking forward to this workout!!
 
From the stills seen so far, this workout looks seriously awesome. Exciting because it truly looks like new territory for Cathe. Yipee!!
