Cathe,
I have quite a number of your DVD's and love them! My problem is that no matter how faithfully I do them I cannot improve my push up ability! I can't do even one military and even struggle on my knees. I want to be able to do military style... any suggestions?

I have the same problem! To build up strength for a military push up, keep doing them on your knees, but widen the space between your knees. If your knees are too narrowly close to each other, the push up is more difficult. I know it's not the exact answer you're looking for, but I think it's a good start!

This may sound funny but I found that when I started eating more protein in my diet that I miraculously was able to pump out stright legged push ups. I was shocked! It took about a month to notice the gains.
