Just thought you might enjoy knowing that doing any one of the CTX CARDIO ONLY workouts (I did Step and Intervals cardio) followed immediately by the Push Pull workout (have the workout cued up to start right after the warm up) will provide a nice challenging and balanced 60 to 65 minute total body workout. Just another way to cross train and get more mileage out of your workout library. Have Fun
