Pure weightlifting DVDs

Hi all,

I LOVE Cathe's pure weightlifting DVDs! The ones I currently have are Muscle Max, High Reps, and her Gym Style Series. I like how they focus on working one muscle at a time...no compound movements. What other Cathe weightlifting DVDs would you recommend I add to my collection which are similar in style?

Push pull, maximum intensity strength, pyramids, xtrain burn sets, slow and heavy, supersets, STS total body...

I am enjoying PUB in Rock bottom rotation.
Once per week plus STS total has proven enough to maintain muscles previously already gained. What I like about PUB is it's versality. keeping weight light end up in high rep. moderate weight result in burn set!:D:D
Whichever way you want play with it, it turn into an efficient strength training.;)
