Pups are restless

Happy Birthday Bri, and I hope Sheila has a smooth delivery. Sorry some people felt the need to rain on your parade. I'm sure you will see to it that the pups go to good homes :)

Good luck with the birthing. Hope all goes well. Sounds like Sheila has found a great home. But what a way to spend your birthday, waiting for someone else to give birth, LOL.

What a beautiful ending to the story, Buba! I am so sorry that Sheila went through all that and so glad that you happened to live next door and cared enough to confront your neighbour and adopt her- so many wouldn't do either of those things.

Buba have to apologize about posting the spay and neuter and sounding critical. You did a really kind thing and Sheila is very lucky you live next door. I am sure you will find the pups good homes. Has she had them yet? Did I miss something? Now about those neighbors....
 
Bri, what a story you have with Sheila. I hope things are going well and that the puppies have arrived safely.
 
Pups are here

Hi I'm popping in for an update, we have had a real busy morning.

Sheila woke DH up at 5:30am to go out side, she finished and went right back to her bed. DH saw she was fine and went to go make coffee, a few minutes later he heard squeaking and went down stairs to find Sheila had a pup.
He stayed by her side, to make sure all was going well.
I heard squeaking just before 7am and went down stairs to find we had three healthy pups and Sheila was doing fine and is a great Mom.
Thought that was it, but two hours later she started having contractions, and soon there were four, an hour later 5, twenty mins. later 6, fifteen mins. later 7. All is quiet now, pups are nursing and Mom is trying to nap.

Thanks again for all the well wishes, will post pics. soonest.

Buba, if you lived closer to me, I would take a puppy:) I'm sure you'll find loving homes for all of them. Don't listen to what other people say (or write), some people should learn to keep opinions to themselves:) The puppies are adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know! I wish you were closer to me too.
My son's GF lost her childhood German Shepard this past November. She was going to buy a pure breed but decided to get a mix from the shelter.
OMG, she would love one of those babies!!
 
Hopefully Sheila will let us take a few pics. of their little faces some time and I will post those. I have to go to work now and I so don't want to go.
Thanks for all the posts I've read them all and they made smile real big :D
