I have an in the doorway pull up bar. What's the best way to work up to being able to do a pullup/chinup since I can't even do one? Should I just hang there and try to lift for the 30 seconds? Should I use a chair or stool and put myself in the up position and try to hold myself up? Should I try to jump into the up position and then try to hold myself?
