:( I did PUB last night using the same weight selection Cathe uses and today I am really in pain!! The muscle soreness is unbelievable!! I can feel every muscle I worked, except my shoulders! I only do PUB once or twice a month. Maybe I should do this workout more often. I do weight-training every other day, but not usually as many reps per body part! During the heaviest weight selection I really had to push myself! Is extreme muscle soreness a good thing for my muscles to grow? How often do you do this workout and what has been your outcome? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I just reply to your other post. If I've seen this I would have post here. I think the extreme is normal for the first time doing this video since you haven't done it in a while. I remember I could hardly get out of bed after the 3rd day. Like you every muscle was sore except my shoulders. I remember my back was really sore and that never gets sore so I guest this is a good weight training workout. I do the PUB at least 1 to 2 times a month. I just get a little sore here and there from this but If I haven't done it in a few monthes maybe I would get sore but I guess its because I am using the same muscle all the time and If I were to go do for instance I went and did the I think it is Superset where your mostly lifing on the ball well I was sore all over the next day when I did this for the first time probally because your lifting a different way. Well I hope you feel better:)

I know what you mean. I do this one maybe once a month too. I know that I have to do the ab stability work first because if I do it at the end my arms are way too fried. Maybe you went too heavy on the weights?

Hi, Lisa

You know you have gotten into your mucles in a way you haven't in awhile!

I was so sore after PUB, I was practically crippled for two days. But it really kicked by muscle gains into high gear. I repeated it three times. Give yourself some time to adapt. You will. Keeping heavy strength training a part of your regular program is a great way to ensure that Delayed Onset Muscle Sorenss doesn't kill you! It really can't, only feels that way! Take it easy on your muscles for a few days so they can repair and get back to that sucker as soon as you can! PUB is my current favorite heavy workout!

Hey! I can certainly relate... however since I took 2 days off with the holidays I did PUB and PLB yesterday! OUCH! That's great you can keep up with Cathe for the weights. I just am not that strong in biceps yet.. SOMEDAY..

At least I did it last week too so I'm not in complete agony but still feel it!
