I did PUB last night using the same weight selection Cathe uses and today I am really in pain!! The muscle soreness is unbelievable!! I can feel every muscle I worked, except my shoulders! I only do PUB once or twice a month. Maybe I should do this workout more often. I do weight-training every other day, but not usually as many reps per body part! During the heaviest weight selection I really had to push myself! Is extreme muscle soreness a good thing for my muscles to grow? How often do you do this workout and what has been your outcome? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
