PUB/PLB Bonus Combo?

Good morning!

I searched for some answers, but did not find any, can anyone give a quick rundown or point me to one, of the Bonus Combo on pyramids? I just got the dvd, and wanted to do an upper lower combo today, and was wondering what the bonus is, and how people like it.

Thank you. :) That's Snoopy on the day we brought him home. His sisters covered him with a blankie and watched over him as he napped.

He's sleeping on that same blankie right now, actually. Only he's 30 pounds heavier. :p

Here is the condensed version of PUB/PLB Combo Premix and yes, I thought it was a good 53 min. total body workout. You pyramid Up only. No abs though.

w/u PLB
squats
leg press
chest
back
leg press
lunges
shoulders
deadlifts
calves
triceps
biceps
stretch

Hey Gin, thanks for taking the time to post this! I don't like starting something, then finding out I don't like the way it's put together. My knees were feeling funky today so I ended up doing PUB, then a few different leg exercises on my own.

Gotta say, I'm really happy I finally went ahead and purchased this, I have to go thank a couple of people on another thread for the push.
 
I did it this morning. After doing PUB and PLB as is, this combo workout really seems to move quickly because of the pyramid up-only aspect of it. I increased the weights a bit too.
 
I love the Bonus Mix. It's like a mostly total body workout using just the up part of the pyramid cycle. Cathe does a lot of leg presses in it - I switch those up with some single leg lunges and split squats. I probably use the bonus mix as much as I use PUB and PLB.

I kinda made up my own premix for the DVD to make a total body workout which is similar to the bonus combo but a bit longer. I put PUB pyramid up only premix with the PLB pyramid up only premix though obviously only doing one warm up and cool down!!This includes both floorwork sections which the bonus combo doesn`t. Its about 70 mins long, I always feel like I`ve had a great workout. Has anyone else tried this?
