PUB...barefoot

I really don't know why I am posting this to be honest. You'll probably think I'm nuts. I really really did not want to workout last night but forced myself to do PUB Up only and I did it barefoot. I took one look at my sneakers and thought "I really don't want to put those on", so I didn't and it was awesome. I have a padded floor over concrete in my workout area. I never thought not to wear shoes unless I had to.

I was so pumped up that I ended up doing LowMax (step only) after that. I put my sneakers on for that one though!

Just make sure those feet stay out from underneath those weights!

I never wear shoes when I do upper body work or ab work unless it follows a cardio workout. Even then I sometimes still take them off for ab work because my legs are tired.
