PUB 1 part per day?

Cathe, I'm wondering if PUB lends itself to a one part per day program?

I noticed that the upper body segments are 6-8 minutes long and I am doing one part per day with S&H right now. 6-8 minutes doesn't sound like enough. Do you forsee any problem with doing each segment twice in the same workout? (Example: Monday-Back do PUB back two times, Tuesday-Chest, do PUB chest two times and so on.) Would just Pyramid Up or just Pyramid Down dvd options work better for this?

I've read that doing more than 5 sets can be detrimental to muscle building. Mass is what I need.

I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of those dvd's!

I'd like to know this too as my DVD's are here and I'm hoping to start the pyramids tomorrow -- Bump

I am going to sart doing Cedie's routine she posted as her pre-taping workouts. I am going to use the Pyramid section, and then use the ME section for that same bodypart, only I will do 2 bodyparts a day, twice a week. I will probably do this for a couple of weeks, I had surgery on my toe and can not do any high impact.
