PS--Legs Revisted

I hadn't done PS-Legs in more than ten years. This morning, I pulled it out.

I forgot why this was one of my favorites back when there were fewer Cathe DVDs from which to choose. The form tips, pace, etc. are great. I also love that it's gym-style type exercises. I love those hover squats.

I did the floorwork w/ankle weights and was really able to focus because it wasn't as fast-paced as the more recent floor-based legs workouts.

And the music is great (for those who dig classic rock). ;)
 
I did the whole PS Series this week from Cathe's rotation and I agree with you 100%. I had nearly forgotten this gem of a series. No muss; no fuss. Lots of good pointers and heavy weight training that makes you work hard, but doesn't "tax" you.
And the music had me humming all day.
 
This was one of my favorite Cathe's ever! I like that you aren't moving at lightening speed. This is the way weight training is supposed to be!
