Proof that dogs can read!

At least mine can. Here's Montana last night reading from my Sony e-reader. This was before he "accidentally" bit me... (for those of you who saw my Facebook status)

He gave up on the book and is watching "King of Queens" now:

He has the pathetic puppy dog eye look down pat. He's been kissing up ever since the "incident". I know he didn't mean to bite me, I just don't know who or what he was going for since I didn't see it happen. I guess I saved Dakota from another bite because he's the only other one Montana would have gone after and he was sitting there too.

Oh Liann, my dog Katie has the exact same eyes as Montana! I call them "I can get anything I want from you" eyes.

Katie just blinks at me with those sad eyes a few times and I run and get her a "cookie." Oh boy, does she have me trained.

Mine is too lazy to read so I think she watches TV instead. Funny but sometimes she just stares at the TV set for long bouts of time?

Wouldn'tcha just love to know what goes on in their minds most of the time?

COOL! What color did you get? Mine is just the original silver e-reader, but I got that cool "skin" from amazon.com. I (((HEART))) my e-reader!!! By the way, I believe he was reading "Dead and Gone" (9th book in the Southern Vampire Series).

I went with Rose. I figured it would be harder to misplace if it stood out a bit. It's a bit darker and less bright then I thought it would be (but that's a good thing). So far I really like it. It'll be great for my long weekend, that I should be packing for so off I go.
