Project Purr Grand Opening

Yesterday was the opening of our kiosk at the local mall. We had tons of people stop by, got lots of donations, and had two kittens adopted.

I was a good girl and did not bring any of them home with me, although I wanted to. I already have two cats and one parrot. I think the parrot would leave home if I got another cat!
 
Bullwinkle looks just like my Maria. We rescued her about 4-5 years ago. When we first got her she was so skinny and scared and now she is a fat happy cat. I don't know why she got so plump, she was fixed, I guess I should switch her kitty food. Maybe the wet food is too yummy. idk.

Good for you!!!! Some tool abandoned a couple cats at the apartment where my daughter's friend's family moved. They just hang out outside. I can't believe how horrible people are. If I lived there, they'd be living with me. I've already got 3 though...
 
How adorable! We adopted a kitten last year and also saved one from a barn. I love them both so much. I wish we could take more in, I would! I sure hope you can get these cuties to a good home soon! Thanks for taking the time in helping these adorable little kitties! My dh and I have been thinking of volunteering here near home. I'll have to talk to him about that again.
