Looks like March 4th is better late than never starting a new thread 
I worked and had company over all weekend. I was not able to workout as my guests were staying in my workout room/guest room.
Eating has really been pathetic lately, enough said.
Mondays are usually my rest days, so even though no workout today, I DEFINITELY can use this day (and any day!) to clean up my eating, so that is my goal today.
Tomorrow will be STS TB. I generally like doing splits better so we'll see how TB workouts will go, probably good to mix things up a bit.
