PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION: MARCH

It was sunny and warmed up to 46 degrees today :)

WW's is continuing so far so good. No workout today. Planning on doing upper body before work tomorrow instead.

I got my Tabatacize workout today, planning on previewing that tonight. I also got my new dvd player so we're back in business! Got a new water heater too!
 
I didnt workout this morning, chose to sleep an extra hour. Last night my bro had a bit of a family emergency and long story short I didnt end up going to bed until 2am and I have to be to work at 8am.

However, it does go to show that diet is a BIG piece of the weight loss puzzle. I know a good part is water weight but since Monday my weight is down 3.4 lbs! :) I tend to drop alot like that early on, from flushing out all the processed food water bloat and then it stabilizes to about 1/2 lb loss per week, but either way, still good to see a loss! I'm working all weekend so not sure if I'll get a workout in or not, gonna try to at least do one of the Tabata's, abs and Burn Sets Bi's and Tri's over the weekend.

I did manage to get in a workout today. I did the bi's and tri's from Burn Sets followed by abs then did the warmup and 1st Tabata from Tabatacise. The warmup and 1st tabata was only 16 minutes but I was dripping with sweat and had to hit pause a few times, lol! I think I'm going to add on a tabata after my upper body splits until I work thru all 5 of them.

I'm sitting here with a healthy salad (knowing my hubby is scarfing down left over pizza!)

Such is the reality of WW's but hoping when warmer weather hits I'll feel better about how I look in my clothes! Trying to keep my eye on the prize!
 
Hi! beautiful day here! we took the dogs for a three mile walk and have been rearranging the house today :)

Crazy my Shockers are in the final four! Stacy I was sure Ohio st was going to catch up at the end.

Hoping to get back in the lifting weights mood this week...

I have my workouts planned for the next 2 weeks, things always subject to change of course. I popped in 2 different yoga dvds this morning and nothing seemed to peak my interest, so I didnt do anything. I have 2 coming in the mail I hope one of them is interesting.

WW's was a bit over points the past two days, trying not to let it derail me the first week!
 
Forgot to add I bought a new cardio/kickboxing set called Addiction, I think the name says it all! I need to quit buying stuff! I'm going to be selling off a bunch of my workouts I dont do though, I know I wont get top dollar for them but at least someone will use them more than I will. If either of you are looking for anything I can check my stash.
