50min of Cardio yesterday at the Gym 2 miles on Treadmill and 2 miles on the Bike, then 60 min Sculpt/MRT class. I found it very difficult to complete MRT after Cardio. I think I will stick to MRT 1st and Cardio 2nd.
Today (Wednesday 4.11.12) 60 min of Cardio only (NO CLASSES), probably the Treadmill. I am amazed at my stamina, I was able to jog on the Treadmill for several minutes yesterday. I am going to do it again today, setting the Treadmill at 5+ miles. Since I will not be able to go tomorrow, I better get it in today.
Ladies remember I could not do any of this 8 months ago, and remember I also went through treatment 3 years ago. NOW I am walking 3.8 on the Treadmill and jogging between 4.3 & 4.5. God is sooooooooo good.
