Progess - lost 21 lbs total Yipee!!!!

I had posted some time ago about my progress but can't find the post. I wanted to share that ever since I started doing Cathe's workouts I have lost 21 lbs and have toned tremendously.

It is very noticeable on my legs, body size, triceps and biceps, back, and everywhere!!! :)

I am right now at 133 lbs and am 5'4".

My diet has been mainly South Beach diet, but I am on the maintenance level right now, which is eatinig moderately, pretty much of everythins, since I have reached my goal.

I don't eat anything that is white: like white flour, white rice, white bread or white pasta. Everything is 100% wheat, dark chocolate, brown rice, vegetables, lean meats and lots of chicken. Fish whenever is good and not too expensive. ;)

I do step and/or other aerobic workout 3 times a week, and moderate to heave weight workouts 3 times a week, alternating.

Yes, I sure do!! Now I am focusing on getting more buffed up!!! :p

I will be doing pretty soon the rotations for Slow and Heavy with wieghts! Can't wait!
