Printing workout cards

I'm trying to print STS workout cards and have tried the regular print and PDF. I use firefox but tried IE too. When I check "print background color" I get solid bars of gray color and only a fraction of the workout to print. I unchecked that but can't figure out how to get bigger print. (don't have Excel) Copy and paste to Word didn't work well either. I must be doing something dumb here... Any ideas?

I had printed workout cards about a year ago that printed out larger print and made most workouts 2 pages, but much easier to read. I have no idea how I did it but this is the same computer and printer.

Need larger print!

I am also having a very difficult time reading the print out. How can we change the form to a larger font and adjust print settings so that I can use up the whole page to print and eliminate the large margins?

I've clicked the PDF button however it's a secure document and no changes can be made.. I've clicked all the buttons so far..? Help!

Did we get an answer on how to make the print larger? When I try to go to adobe I get an error message saying there was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found.

I can print it but the print is small and hard to read at a quick glance.
