Wow even the premixes rock your booty! I did the Low Impact mix of To the Max yesterday and those 38 ( or so ) minutes left me sweaty and breathing HARD. Do I darest try the full version when time permits? ....
I like the low impact premix too. I really love the premix without the 30/20 in it. I can do it by modifying a couple of the exercises. It's about 40 minutes or so, which leaves me time to do some weights. Try it!
I used the premixes as a way of getting in to the new workouts but they really were quite challenging as I know that I am going to use them a lot when I am pressed for time. I really appreciate Cathe putting all the premox options into the newer DVDs.
