Hi,

I know there was some concern on how long it would take to get your P90X. I ordered mine on Sunday and got them today:D I was not expecting them this quick so I am thrilled. I woke up late this morning and did not get me work out in so I am going to give one of these a try..

I ordered the DVD's and I live in the Dallas, Texas area. You know come to think of it I am not sure if this is normal or not for Beachbody but mine was sent FedEx and I did not request for it to be shipped this way. Also, I do not see on my bill where I was charged for it.

I ordered my DVD's on the 19th of April and I haven't received mine yet - I even checked to pay it in full instead of the three payments and they said it would be sent Fed Ex.

It has really bummed me out for I thought I would have gotten them by now - maybe I need to call them, too.

I was a bit taken aback to see this other girl got hers in three days - go figure - I kind of feel like a little kid here I am 48! The only reason it was ordered Fed Ex was because I said to pay in full instead of the thre payments - so that was suppose to be the advantage -AARRRRRRGGGHH!

On another post I saw Lori ordred hers last Wednesday and already got hers Fed Ex yesterday - and she said she won't be using them until next week anyway!

Well, let me know how it goes - when you get yours and I will do the same. The anticipation is killing me!

I definitely will keep you posted, Cheryl. Have you called BB customer service to check on your order? I'd be curious to hear what they told you. It isn't going to kill me to wait for this stuff -- I'm perfectly happy with my Cathe rotation and I'm pressed for time right now anyway -- but I couldn't agree with you more about it just being the PRINCIPLE of the thing! And WAAAAAAAAAAAHHH is right! I'm 48 too -- we're not to old to whine! ;-)

Hi Cheryl. Did you pay the extra $21.00 plus to ship Fed Ex? If so, I would definitely call them on it.

Another thing to keep in mind about the pay in one payment option. It doesn't mean that your package is being shipped via Fed Ex, it just means that the HANDLING part of it gets priority. I know it's confusing. It confused me the first time I ordered from BB.

No, I did not pay for the Fed Ex. I have never orderd from them, so I guess I was confused as to what that exactlt meant - I am glad you pointed it out to me though. Thank you much!

I do not have their phone #, but I should go on-line to their website to get it - aren't they in California? Hey, we are the same age - haven't you been doing Cathe a long time too? I started doing her videos in 1995 - if my memeory is correct, I thought you posted that you started around then too.

I know you do Cathe exclusively, till now - I do alot of different step and kickbox workouts besides Cathe - but I only do Cathe's weight training - I own all of Cathe's videos and DVD's - Cathe has helped me to be able to work out at home and get the results I have wanted - I love her!

I will call BB tomorrow and I will let you know what they say!

Whoever is in charge of shipping these vids has gotta be screwing up. I hate situations like this, where you are left "wondering" if you should call. I did not even get an email that they shipped and I don't like that either! These better be worth the wait. I ordered mine 2 weeks ago this Saturday and don't have em! Looked like the shipping was free for me, so Lord knows how they will be coming. Wow, to hear someone got them in two days really makes me mad! You would really think if they had their stuff together they would ship in order!! Guess I have to put my meanie hat on and give 'em a call!!! AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Janice,

Boy am I with on this one - I read all of the good posts from these DVD's, so I decide to order - I thought they said they would expedite my order by Fed Ex for paying in full - what a joke! Here I ordered on Monday, April 19 - and someone else ordered on the following Sunday and got them in three days - What's up with that?

I have been on a rotaion for 6 weeks now and I was looking forward to putting together some new weight training rotations - I guess I have set myself up for disappointment.

It does make me feel better knowing that others haven't received theirs either - that way I know something is going on. Please let me know when you get yours.

I am curious to see if they already put their charge on my credit card.

Unfortunately the only way to have them ship quickly is if you pay the extra $21 for FedEx. Otherwise expect two weeks for sure. :)
 
I have tried to see clips of the workouts. I *can* see the "trailer" they have, but I can't get any clips of the actual workouts. Do they exist?

Edited to add, what is the music like? Is it like the sound in the trailer?

I talked to BB yesterday and they were extremely nice and sincerely apologetic. They found my order but it had been "lost" in their system. Whether you believe that or not, they're sending my DVD's tomorrow by FedEx for no additional charge, and gave me the name of a particular person to speak to in Customer Service about any other problems with the order. They are e-mailing AND calling me tomorrow with tracking info. If the DVD's arrive on Tuesday I'l be completely satisfied. And p.s., it's not on my credit card yet.

Here's the info from their website on calling them -- I think you should give them a ring.

Well, wait until you hear my story - when I got home yesterday (Saturday) afternoon - my mail was on our porch with a box. I was ecstatic - jumped out of the car got the box - I was so excited since it was from BB.

Boy, did I have a big disappointment - in the box were the bands I ordered to go with the DVD's, but NO DVD'S - I could hardly believe it - On the order sheet enclosed it said what was sent (the bands) plus a charge for the lifetime warranty for the DVD's. There wasn't anything to show a backorder - I was totally confused.

Well, of course, I called there and the customer service was extremely nice and helpful. She confirmed that I did order the DVD's but she couldn't understand why it stated on the computer it was a partial order - they normally don't do partial orders - after being on hold for 5 minutes - she told me my DVD's were still in the warehouse and were to be sent out on Monday!

I can expect to receive them between May 7 and May 17 - I asked what was the point of sending out the bands without the workout DVD's - she didn't have a clue. I don't know why they didn't send the DVD's at the same time.

Oh well, I have the bands, which look very heavy duty - much stronger than the bands I have at home - but I found out that I will need the door attachment - so, I did order that extra.

Let me know when you get yours and how you enjoy them. Hopefully, I will get mine within two weeks.

I start a new rotation tomorrow - I was on the same one for 6 weeks, but didn't want to start another one until I got these - but I needed a change. But I love Cathe's weight training tapes.
