Yeah, I called them to. Mine shipped the day after I ordered them. They could not supply me with any sort of tracking number but said that "they should be here this week (my house)" DUH. You don't say! They better be here, that is all I can say. If mine, too, got "lost in the mail", I don't know if I will be willing to give this company my money. Seriously.

Cheryl, it sounds like BB is trying, but so far they are no match for SNM Videos in terms of customer service. Let's hope we love the workouts better than the service!!

I'd call them again to see if they will upgrade your shipping to FedEx. I actually ASKED for it and poof, they said okay. I doubt if they would have offered it. Seems like it's worth a shot!
