Hi! I posted this question a little while ago and someone told me to do a search for the topics on P90 and there are lots of links that will be helpful to you.
My husband is on the 3rd week of P90X and it pretty EXTREME! Is pretty tough, but not impossible, especially if you have been doing Cathe's workouts for a while.
I am thinking in joining him after I finish my rotations with Cathe this month. I will never leave Cathe, but I can do the program for 90 days with my husband to support him and just do something different.
My husband has supported me all the way when started doing Cathe's workouts and now its my turn to support him on P90X.

He has also done Cathe's weight workouts and amongst his favorites are Upper/Lower Pyramid, Slow and Heavy, and BootCamp.
P90X is a different approach to fitness, so if you decide to do it, be ready for a 360 degree change in workout routine. It definitely works. some people say that they have not followed the diet exactly, but eat clean and healthy and it works just as well.
So, give it a try and see how you like it. I can already see results in my husband's physical appearance.
