Plyo legs or Squat rack

Who is doing what? I preview both squat and plyo. I was going to do the squat but the plyo looks really fun and now I am leaning towards plyo. I am just wondering what the result are going to be, if they are going to be the same if you do one over the other.

I am doing a six month rotation. I'm doing all of Meso 1, going back and doing Meso 1 again, then Meso 2, etc. When I get to Meso 3, I plan to do it the first time through with the squat rack 1x and then 1x through with Plyo Legs.

When I first ordered, I was going to do a 3 month rotation and at the time I was going to do 2 weeks of squat rack and 2 weeks of plyo legs.

I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited! STS is supposed to arrive tomorrow night. I fly out Thursday, but I plan to do some previewing while I pack!
 
I plan on doing the squat rack legs, and on cardio days I'll be doing DVDs which include plyometrics (Imaxes, 4DS BootCamp etc.)

Barbara - I "think" I recall Cathe talking about this recently - its fine to do both...Regardless if I dreamt that or not :rolleyes:I plan on using Plyo as my 2nd leg workout from the get-go. I may not use STS Plyo every week for the entire 6 months (I luv my Tony Horton's) but I surely will start off with it.

Meso 1 Plyo days will be day 2 of my workout week to allow enough leg rest in between that & STS Legs

As far as Squat Rack workout- Well I dont have a squat rack but I'm certainly not going to let THAT stop from loading up my vests & BB's & going for it anyway!
 
I don't plan to start STS for a while, but I'm thinking of doing 2 lower-body workouts per week, so one of each of the squat rack and plyo workouts (and I may change my "week" to something like 8 or 9 days, depending on how much recovery I feel I need).
