I'd like to add on some quick 10-15 minutes max cardio bursts at the end of some of my upper body strength training days. I know I can do 1-2 segments of Tabatacise and one of the X10 workouts.

What are some of your other favorite Cathe (or your own) short cardio bursts?

The 10 minute blast from Low Impact Challenge, which is just drills and not step choreography (LIS series).

The HiiT segments from Intensity.

Any of the Shock Cardio HiiT workouts, but just do half of the routine.

For steady state, the Hi/Lo cardio from Step Jump Pump.
