PLEASE help - need Cathe's Intensity Series Rotation

I tried and tried to search for this, but all I could find was "Advanced Total Overall Body Blast Workout", "Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance" type stuff, but I'm looking for something like the following that Cathe gave for Body Blast:

Body Blast Rotation from Cathe:

Hi Everyone! Now that you have had some time to learn the new choreography and get familiar with the Body Blast Series, here is a rotation to enjoy. Each week will get a little more mix and matched.

Week One: A basic order that flows well
Mon: Step, Jump and Pump (SJP)
Tues: Kick, Punch and Crunch (KPC)
Wed: Push Pull (PP)
Thurs: Step Blast (SB)
Fri: Legs and Glutes (L&G)
Sat: Off
Sun: Supersets (SS)

Week Two:
Mon: KPC
Tues: PP plus L&G (skipping stretch on PP and warm up on L&G)
Wed: Off
Thurs: SB
Fri: SJP
Sat: KPC
Sun: SS

Week Three:
Mon: SB
Tues: SJP
Wed: Warm up & step only SJP & kick punch combos & abs only of KPC
Thurs: Warm up & high intensity drills of KPC & PP (skip PP warm up)
Fri: Off
Sat: SS & L&G (skipping stretch of SS and skipping warm up on L&G)
Sun: Off

Week Four:
Mon: Warm up and step only of SJP plus PP (skipping warm up of PP)
Tues: KPC
Wed: Jump, Pump, Abs, & Stretch only SJP (warm up of your choice)
Thurs: Off
Fri: L&G
Sat: SB
Sun: SS

I think Cathe's rotations would make great inserts in the DVD cases. Thank you to anyone who has it!!
 
Does anyone have any of the links to the January, March or April 2004 rotations? I have an easier time printing them from the links on this site than somewhere else. Any links for any earlier ones would be greatly appreciated too!!!:) :) :)

Hi Sabrina,

I don't know how to post a link but if you go to pages 3 and 5 of this forum you will find what you need. There was no March rotation according to Cathe's post. If you don't have pages 3 and 5, you will need to expand your time frame to include these pages.

Fri....CARDIO SAMPLER: 1) warm up and step from SJP 2) kickbox only from CTX KICKBOX 3) high low only from MIC

Wed.....Pyramid Upper Body plus 30 min. run

April's Rotation:

This April there will be no rotation......APRIL FOOLS

I had to do the "April fools" thing at least one time today, ha!

This month's rotation focuses on Power and Strength. Enjoy!

Week One:

Mon…….IMAX 2
Tues……Slow and Heavy Chest and Back
Wed……MIC
Thurs….Slow and Heavy Bicep and Tricep
Fri……..Imax 2
Sat…….OFF
Sun……Slow and Heavy…Legs and Shoulders

Week Two:

Mon……..Step Works
Tues……..KPC
Wed……..IMAX One
Thurs……Slow and Heavy Back and Bicep
Fri……….Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders
Sat………Slow and Heavy Chest and Back…followed by a 30 minute walk/run
Sun………OFF

Week Three:

Mon:……Cardio Kicks plus KPC ABS only

Tues…….Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders

Wed……..CTX Step & Intervals followed immediately by Step Blast Challenge (only the challenge)

Thurs……Slow and Heavy Chest and Back

Fri……….Body Max (all but the upper body segment at the end) plus CTX Kickbox (cardio only)

Sat……….Slow and Heavy Biceps and Triceps…plus Pyramid Lower Body (stability ball segment only)

Sun………OFF


Week Four: Homemade Slow and Heavy program

Do all of the exercises listed below for two sets of 8 reps. Do 2 counts on the positive portion of the movement and 6 counts on the negative portion of the movement.

MON…WED….FRI:
Barbell Bench Press (up 2 down 6 counts)

One arm bent over rows (8 reps per side, per set)…up 2 down 6 counts

Static barbell lunges (8 reps per leg, per set) …down 6 up 2 counts

Overhead Shoulder Press with dumbbells (up 2 down 6 counts)

Traditional squat (down 6 up 2 counts)

Seated Tricep Overhead Extension with dumbbell (up 2 down 6 counts)

Bicep Dumbbell concentration curls (8 reps per side, per set) (up 2 down 6 counts)

Abdominal Stability Ball Routine from Pyramid Upper Body (perform routine as presented on tape)

TUES…THURS….SAT….
45 to 60 minute high intensity cardio of your choice (one day being an interval workout)

SUNDAY….OFF

Hmmm ... same one. I'm beginning to think that was genuinely the only one given. Thank you everyone for your help - at least now I know I'm not missing anything :).
