I want to add more weight training (I have SJ&P, C&W, CTX upper body) Should I get S&H dvd, SS/P&P dvd, or Pyramids? I have plenty of Cathe step W/Os. Thanks :) :) :)

I recommend starting with the SS/PP DVD, since you don't have any full-body, weights-only workouts.
Then move on to the Pyramids for a two-day split. (You might later want to go on to a three-day split like the PS series, or the Gym Styles, and then on to the Slow and Heavy series).

I'd recommend getting Pyramids and Xpress lean legs. The upper body pyramids really work well. The other two workouts give great leg definition. I personally find Slow & Heavy incredibly boring. Also you really have to focus to make slow & heavy work, which doesn't work since I'm working out and watching my two little kids at the same time. Supersets and Push Pull are super easy so if you're used to doing CTX Upper Body regularly I wouldn't get them.
The Hardcore Gym Style workouts also are amazing for working the body..especially the Chest/Tricep workout.

With the CTX upper body you have a endurance weight workout. You need a strength workout. I recommend the pyramids. The PLB is awesome.I am not agree with Alhambra. I don't feel the S & H is boring. I like the slow manner of the exercises, the focus needed to do the workout and the music is awesome but I prefer the Lower body part of the PLB than the S & H's.Hope this helps.

Pyramids and S&H series because you already have endurance work in the two circuit workouts and CTX upper body. Now go for some strength training and build some serious muscle.

IN fact, you would be even better off choosing the S&H and Gym styles for srength training since even the Pyramids have a high endurance factor to them, especially PUB.

Thank you all for your suggestions.:) They helped me to decide on S&H. I like to challenge myself - I'd rather challenge myself than have the wo be too easy. (Allthough I've never met an easy Cathe workout yet!)Happy Memorial Day!!! I saw some great fireworks this weekend at the airshow. :) :) :)
