Pilates tapes anyone?

Got any good recommendations for challenging pilates tapes? I tried a yoga tape and just couldn't get into it (yoga journal's yoga for beginners), thought maybe I'd give pilates a try...
thanks!

I've found The Method's Precision Toning is quite similar to the mat classes I attend. It's shortcoming is a failure to show modifications for beginners.

I also have Karen Voight's Body Reform Abs & Back. It is Pilates "inspired". KV is really loose & fun in the tape, but the tape often fails to integrate diaphram breathing into the movements. Some of the movements are also too fast for Pilates work. Still it's a worthy alternative to traditional ab work. I don't recommend the companion tape Body Reform Total Body Conditioning because it's an unbalanced workout focusing on inner thighs.

I also recommend The Method's Precision Toning tape. The first section is a 15 minute "primer" that I think has excellent instruction. After you do that a couple of times, you could always skip the first section and start with the more advanced portion. But I highly recommend doing the "primer" several times -- good form is especially important to see the benefits of Pilates.

I haven't seen/done the Karen Voight Body Reform Abs/Back tape, but it's getting rave reviews over at VF (www.videofitness.com).
