This total body muscular endurance workout is sure to leave no muscle untouched or under worked. It contains ten choreographed songs, each song exhausting the muscle with weights as it engages in a series of various movement patterns. You'll begin with a warm up, work your way through each major muscle group, and finally, conclude with a soothing stretch. An adjustable barbell and various weighted dumbells are required for this workout. You'll love the soundtrack too!

All I can say is, I wish I had definition and muscles like you girlfriend. You go girl! I'm working at it though. You'd be impressed since the last time you saw me. Anyway, you guys are great as you know already and I'm ready for your new challenges to come. I can't imagine how you keep getting better, and better, and better. Where do these profound ideas come from? We're loving every bit of it!

"Wo, what a hottie!"

Cathe, that's a direct quote from my 14-year-old son and his three friends, to whom I just showed this picture. The three buddies didn't have a clue who you are and they were shocked that you were almost 37. They guessed that you were about 25. And they were fascinated by your arms and the "vascularity" (their term) on your biceps. (See what's going to interest Eric in 13 years?)

You've definitely still got "it," kiddo. Literally out of the mouths of babes!

As for me, I think you're looking even prettier as you get older. And your hair looks terrific at this length.

Cathe, all I have to say is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE-you look fantastic. You are truly my inspiration. I faithfully use your tapes and the definition is getting there, my little vain on my bicep is finally starting to be visible, I just want to stay there. Keep making your great tapes because they work!!!!!! Thanks again Cathe. :-jumpy

This photo (and all the other ones) are as much a testament to clean eating as they are to Cathe's killer workouts. I've got the exercise part goin' pretty good, just have to get the diet straight! (I was actually chomping down on some popcorn when I pulled up one of the earlier pictures of the day, so I've got some work ahead of me on the diet front).
 
This chick walks the walk! We all want to look like her, so we just need to do what she does, right? That's what I keep saying about those abs. I wish I lived close enough to join her gym.......If I won the lottery, I'd make several trips in every year! I DO love those bra tops! Gotta have some!

I am so excited about this tape. And it is coming
just at the right time, as my husband just informed
me that we will be building another **PLAY STRUCTURE!!**:eek:
This one has, get this.......2 five foot decks, one
three foot deck, one eight foot deck, one six foot
deck, AND two seven foot decks!!! :- That's a lot of
heavy metal lifting!!! Soooooooo the sooner I get this
tape the better. ;-) I know with your help in my training

This picture is fabulous.

I printed a copy of it and am sticking it on my refrigerator. It will be helpful when I wander into the kitchen looking for an inappropriate snack to remind myself of my goals.

I work out hard with Pure Strength (each one twice a week with maximum weight I can handle) and it will be helpful to see Cathe
standing there as if asking me, "Do you really need to eat that now?" Most of the time I will sheepishly slink out of the room, snackless.

It amazes me that as hard as I work out with weights and various cardio tapes I often feel the need for junk food, which just about undoes all the good I did in the morning. My husband and kid love junk food so getting it out of the house is not possible. I just need some help in reminding myself the reasons to not give in to inappropriate food choices sometimes.
