Good morning,

The party was nice yesterday, they went all out, had a live band and renewed their vows with their priest. They even wore the same clothes that they wore for their wedding. How many of us could fit into our wedding dress, 25 years later? I should have taken a picture, they looked exactly like they did on their wedding day.

Valerie, that was really strange that no one would stop and call 911 for that fire. Good thing you went by...at least there are still some people in this world that care about others. We have a pillow top, but I don't think its the most comfortable out there, and I am not sure I would get another one. I don't think they sell anything else do they? I hope that DVD works out for SIL....There was a strange move where she is on her knees with a DB doing some shoulder thing...SIL could just do standing side or front lifts, or something else for that. I didn;t see if she listed the premixes on that one...they are usually pretty good.

Diane Sue, I bet you will really like that FitBit once you get used to it. Like all new tech things right? :).

Judy, good luck today on the house search! Too bad about your reaction to the cohash, it's your system saying it does not like that stuff! Funny how we all react differently to things like that. Good that you are going into the HRT with the plan to reduce as soon as you can.

Lynda, did you get to a movie yesterday?

Hi to Josie, Lori & Caitlin,

Will be in Erie today, at an obedience trial....wish me luck!

Take care,

Good morning ladies!

Yesterday I had an amazing workout...started out with Cross Fire Quick Blast (stopped at the core) then went on to Boxing,Hiit Blast & Core (again stopped at core) and went to cooldown. Total time was 61 minutes and 607 calories! I very rarely do a workout over 600 calories so I get really pleased with myself when I do. :)

Lynda...I loved the Cross Fire Quick but had no desire for the core work. I usually skip core because I feel I get plenty for me with my kickboxing and now my battle ropes. I do like standing abs and will throw these in when I can. Hope you enjoyed your time with your son! My husband comes home today. Picking him up at Logan at 2pm. I was able to get to HP Goblet Of Fire. I had watched the first one a few weeks back. Then last night after watching the 2nd and 3rd I was sleeping thru Gobet. Will need to revisit this one! Never new Robert Pattinson was in this one.

Deb...glad you enjoyed the party. Awesome they wore their original wedding clothes. Good for them. Washing machine and dryer bought and will be delivered 9/2. There were earlier times but this worked best with my schedule. We have a wash room off the kitchen with a large utility sink. By putting in a stacking unit we will be able to put in a toilet to give another half bathroom. We need it as we only have 1 bathroom if you can believe that!

Valerie...wow you were in the right place at the right time. Good thing you stopped! I do not do the windmills either. Very uncomfortable for my shoulder. Instead of raising the arm up I do a curl and keep weight to my chest while sliding the other down my shin. This works best for me.

Judy...great workouts. We are really excited about a new puppy. Will be here before you know it. My plan today is to fit in one of SB's new stretches. Not sure which one.

Diane Sue..glad you are enjoying the fitbit. I love my apple watch but prefer using my Polar with chest strap for HR/calorie burn. I do not think the watch is as accurate. I learned that too...no watch when gloves are on. I was dissapointed with this. Even though I am not using the watch to record my workout I do have it synced with my app so I can at a glance see where I am. It motivates me. But can't use when my gloves are on!

Hi to Josie and Caitlin!

Hi Ladies,

I had a wonderful time with my peanuts. I was there for their first day of school and they were so excited. The school is adorable, its K-8th grade and they only have 95 students total. They moved to the Sierra Forest near Shaver lake. It took me 5 hours to get there, but it was worth it. After everything that has been going on with my mom It really helped to get away.

Yesterday was my birthday :). I turned 60 and I feel great! My friend Claudia took me to dinner on Friday, my friend Angie and I went to a spin class early yesterday and then she took me to breakfast, then my DH and DD took me to a late lunch. My DH also had reservations for dinner, but I told him that I could not eat another bite. My DD is taking me to brunch today and on a shopping spree. I would not be surprised if the scale show an extra 3-5 pound gain tomorrow :). My bodypump instructor brought a beautiful cake and sweet potato brownies to class on Thursday and balloons to put on my workout area.

Valerie, I thought about you when I was up in the Sierra forest. You and your DH would love it.

Diane Sue, that was so nice of your husband to give you an early present. I got cash, which I alway ask for because I never know what I want :).

Lori, I bet you are exited about your new puppy. I wish I could get another dog, but Norman does not want to have another pet at this time.

Deb, sounds like you had fun at the party. I need to see if I fit in my wedding dress :).

Judy, good luck on you search for a new house!

Hi to Garance and Caitlin!

Josie

Hi everyone--

This morning I did live MM without step (54 min.). Very good total body workout.

Deb, good luck on the obedience trial! I think I could easily fit into the dress I wore for my wedding, but it might be a bit longer on me. I have lost a couple inches. I might go see a movie this afternoon--another Indie titled Don't Think Twice. It's about an improv group when 2 members get hired by SNL and leave the group. It's supposed to be a comedy. Sounds like a great anniversary party.

Happy Birthday, Josie! Wonderful that you managed to get away with your peanuts and avoided more family drama.

Lori, my younger son was quite enjoyable last night because he did well in the golf tournament. We'll see how he is tonight--another 2 rounds this morning and afternoon. He's very competitive, so if he plays well, he will be cheery. If not, well, just not cheery let's say.

Valerie, that's really unbelievable that people just sailed by without stopping. A case of "I don't want to get involved." I was wondering if Pyramid Upper body might work for your SIL. She could start with 3s, 5s, and 8s and gradually improve. You need a bench or step though.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone!

In my opinion, people usually follow the lead of others, and once one person stops, then others do too. but someone has to go first! so, my turn. I'm glad I did, it made a difference! A lot of the drivers on the road are going to/ from the casino and don't live around here. not an excuse, dialing 911 isn't a big chore. it's sometimes hard to give them a location. even in familiar areas, you sometimes can't think of the name of the road you're on, or a cross street for them to pinpoint it.

I think every DVD I looked at will have something SIL won't want to do, I'll see if this gets her interested. If it sits on the shelf, at least I know I tried. if she uses it, I can get her another "something" for Christmas. I think she has some light hand weights maybe up to 5 lbs.

Josie, my DH has mentioned Shaver lake many times. I think they went there as kids. Happy Birthday! Oh yes, a couple big meals and it sticks around, doesn't it?

I had a wedding pants suit but it's long gone. I am 10 lbs heavier and could never get into it. I have more muscle now, I tell myself.

We did a 2 hour, 20 mile ride this morning. the wind was strong so it was more work than usual.

Lori, I have done the windmill move every time, carefully, but it seems like it could tweak something. not sure there's great benefit to it anyway. I curl my arm up like cathe shows at the end, but it seems like you could strain something pretty easily. I'll try what you're doing and hold my upper arm close in. I've gotten to like the icy core 1 workout pretty well. I like the sit ups with the 5 lb dumbbell.

where I grew up, most houses had only one bathroom. most women didn't work outside, so there was no rush to get everyone out in the morning. I don't think anyone had thought of the "master" with its own bathroom yet. it was inconvenient and caused traffic jams.

puss in blinds.png

So Puss likes to lie in the sun, but it was hot so we'd closed the blinds.. he showed us how he can get around things!.

I hope you can see this..I am having trouble getting it to enlarge.

Deb, the party sounds nice. Funny about the wedding dress fitting. I still have mine and it is way to big. I wore a size 9 to 10 back then and now I usually am a 0/2 . I think that is wonderful that they renewed their vows and dress the same as their original wedding. I think I will like the Fit Bit. I tried it out last night even though I am not really caring about my sleep patterns. It was off though. I said I slept 7 hours 43 minutes, awake once, and restless 4 times. I recall waking multiple times and reaching for my bottle of water and adjusting for comfort. Also looking at the clock several times starting at 4:45. I figure I was awake when I was drinking water each time.

Valerie, cute how the kitty wrapped around behind the blinds:) As far as supplements, I tend to go with caution. It is the same with over the counter meds and prescriptions. I read up on side effects, dosages and I try to never stay on them for a real long time. You have to be aware of interactions of the herbal and over the counter stuff with each other and meds. Many can affect blood clotting. With the butterbur I am only taking 1 to 2 capsules. The bottle says 2 a day. Dr Axe says 500 mg for allergies which is way more than I am taking. I react to most stuff low dose so I did not want to take a chance on too much. But, I do agree that we have to think of safety too. My preference is to not take anything if possible and try to stay well. When we called 911 for a fire my husband knew to use the mile markers to give location since we were on and Interstate Highway.

Lorie, I want to try to figure out something with the watch. I guess I can just use the strap when I use the gloves. I have 3 different pair of boxing gloves. One is a little bit shorter where it wraps around the wrist. Not quite as much padding as the Everlast. They might work. The combat gloves are open palm. Well padded leather. My husband spent 70 dollars for them when we were watching a friend's son practice martial arts. I love the gloves. We talked to a plumber remodeling our downstairs bath area so that we had a guest bath with toilet and sink for guests. That would give us 3 toilet and sink baths. It is an odd set up. One large tub with a vanity and sink bath, pocket door to the shower and toilet. A door closes that off and there is another small vanity sink bath and a door going out to the hall. Sort of an L shape. Anyway the area with the extra sink vanity has a door going to the shower area and the door to the hall. My husband wants to put a toilet in there and a separate sink. It would mean tearing out that vanity and running plumbing. The plumber said if we purchased the stuff he would do it for 1500. My husband would then remove the door to the shower bath and put in a wall. It is a project that we are hoping to do. I would go crazy with one bath. I have the upstairs attached to my workout room and my husband has the downstairs. I am sure you will appreciate a second bath.

Josie, my husband looks at my Amazon wish list when he picks gifts for me most of the time. Family usually do the same or give me cash and Amazon gift cards. That is so nice that you were able to see the peanuts off to their first day of school. That is an experience that you will cherish. It sounds like you have had plenty of good things to eat ;)

Lynda, I hope that your son does well today playing golf :) I really liked that Muscle Max Live workout.

With windmills I always felt them more uncomfortable on one side than the other. I have seen modifiers using just one weight down and holding just the arm up on the other side without weight. I have had these show up a lot in kettle bell workouts.

Well, I finally got a pic to post but it won't enlarge! at least not for me, but I've had times other pics would not enlarge either. He was so funny. . he lies in a sunny spot even when it's hot out. he uses this spot often, but it was very warm so we closed the blinds and he showed us what he thought of shade in a favorite spot.. interestingly, he got entangled in the chains at the bottom and I had to extract him.

we have a big house, way too big. loads of toilets and sinks. we use mostly just the master that we remodeled last year.

I have a big frame, no way would I ever be a 0-2. I was born larger than that!

Good morning,

No luck at the trial, neither dog qualified...oh well, there is another one in 3 weeks, the one that our dog club is putting on. Hopefully we will do better at that one.

Keegan really tore into himself overnight...a huge chuck of hair missing, and a bleeding sore. He has a few of those papillomas on his back and hopefully that is all it was that is bleeding. (not a tick or something like that!).

Josie, Happy Birthday! so good that you got to relax with the Peanuts, after what has been going on.

Lynda, that is great that you could fit into your wedding dress! I hope your son had some good results with golf yesterday and was "cheery" :).

Lori, great workout and calorie burn! that is a good idea to be able to add a half bath!
Finishing the wall paper removal (hopefully)....then class tonight...

Diane Sue, agree with you and Valerie on the supplements....very chancy with doses, and they are not regulated so you really have to be careful. I hope you get the FitBit stuff straightened out.

Valerie, Cute picture! The size you have is the only size you can post here without using an outside source like Picturetrail.com. I think you are right about people stopping, if no one does, everyone assume all is ok and keeps on driving. Not sure if I could fit into my dress...it was just a regular dress, I still have it. Every time I clean out that closet, I look at it, and almost toss it into the Goodwill bag, but feel guilty and put it back. We always had only one bathroom growing up, but then we were always in an apartment. I didn't live in a house until we got married. We have 3 full baths and a half bath. 2 of the full baths are not in use, as they need tons of work and we don't want to spend the $$ fixing them. Apparently all the owners before us felt the same way.

Hi Judy!

Finishing the wall paper removal (hopefully)....and giving Keegan a medicated bath, class tonight...

Take care,

I'm mainly proud I got a picture to post at all! It's dark, but the vertical shades cut all light. goofy little cat!. I did get it to enlarge but not easily. my computer does not handle pictures well.

I like having several bathrooms.... though we don't use all regularly. why need to clean 3 when you can clean one! we upgraded our guest bathroom with a new shower head and hand held. when we built this house, I told the builder I wanted shower heads mounted lower than standard. being short, some shower heads are so high I really can barely use them. I caught him on the master and made him redo it to a lower height, but the guest bath is way high. a hand held works reasonably well. we did that and a new curved shower rod it made it much more usable. we needed it when we did our master remodel last year.

consumer reports just did a review of supplements and it was not kind. I used to take calcium but don't anymore. my diet has loads of calcium, and too much calcium might be problematic.. I still take glucosamine/chondroitin though I have no idea how anyone could tell if it helps. I've never read anything about it being harmful. I take vitamin D during the winter. I think vitamin c and zinc help with head colds but that's pretty rare for me.

we're going for a ride with cousin and his wife. this will not be a hard workout. she's the one who is just learning to ride. If we do 10 miles it will be a lot. they both have folding Brompton bikes.
http://www.nycewheels.com/black-edi...ion-brompton&gclid=CPTR3Mio1c4CFUNhfgodq5AHFA
they have tiny wheels and fold so you don't need a bike rack. not for me, but they like them.

Hi everyone--

This morning I did both Sweat workouts (46:13).

Deb, sorry K&K did not do as well as you hoped at the obedience trial. I wonder why Keegan chewed on himself? Did he pick up something at the trial?

Valerie, I can't really make out the picture very well. Did Puss get under the blinds so he could have some sun? I take Osteo-Biflex and when I started I think it helped a lot with my knee pain.

Diane Sue, my son says he did okay--shot a 77 and a 75. Not enough to win the tournament. He wasn't unhappy though. We had a nice time with him anyway. Gosh, you must be super-skinny if you wear 0/2!

Very fall-like here today--just in the 60s. Can summer already be over?? Oh no!

Today I did X Train Super Cuts, 46 minutes, Fit Bit calories 192, Map My Fitness logged it from my watch at 262, and Calories Burned app had it at 279. The calories burned app usually comes out fairly accurate by my calories in and out and weight loss or gain. I then did Ice Bootcamp Circuit 45 minutes, Fit Bit 214 calories, Map My Fitness logged at 363 and Calories burned app logged at 297. heart rate for Super Cuts was 118 avg. /148 max; heart rate for Boot camp was avg. 123/ max 156. Anyway with Fit Bit total was 406 calories, 91 minutes. It has been a crazy day. I needed to run to Sprouts for a couple of items for my Paleo Taco soup that I somehow missed. Our toilet cut off line decided to break this morning. My son in law is going to come and help with it. This is house cleaning day and for some reason I coughed all night and am tired. On the plus side my new phone case came and I was able to put on the tempered glass with not bubbles or anything. I ordered different screen protectors than what came with the phone since Amazon reviewers and the company said the one that came with the case did not cover the whole screan.

Valerie, your house sounds like our last house. I divided the cleaning and the bathrooms up for different cleaning days. We had two sets of stairs. One in the front and one in the back part of the house. I read side affects of glucosamine and chondroitin on Mayo Clinic. I have a print out because some of the stuff they said hit home. I used the collagen supplements. I can tell when I run out of them or some of the glucosamine chondroitin supplements. It really does depend on quality of the product. I will be feeling pretty good and totally forget till I quit for awhile and my joints start locking up and I feel way more joint stiffness and pain. I know which ones work for me. Capraflex is a quality gliucosamine product that I used for quite some time. It is fairly expensive. When I discovered that the Collagen really helped a lot I started buying it in powdered so I did not have to worry about dissolution. I just started using one of Dr Axe collagen products for joints specifically that has some turmeric and holy basil in it. I had to look up the holy basil. I often give myself a break for awhile to be safe. I do not take calcium anymore. I too eat so many foods with calcium plus if you use collagen you do not need as much either. I give my doctor a list of what I am using when I go for my physicals or in between.

Deb, I hope you get the wallpaper removal project done so you can get on with painting :) Do you think that Keegan was scratching? Our Dane that we had was always breaking open sores and her tail would hit the wall so hard sometimes she would rip it open. I tried to make a crocheted cover for her tail once to help hold some gauze on so it could heal. It was quite funny looking.

Lynda, I do not think of myself as tiny looking. I always have family say I am tiny. I am 5'4. Not tall and around 120#. I do have a lot of muscle visible. So maybe it is that there is not much bodyfat. My 16 year old grandson said he told his friends he got his exercise bands and tubing from his grandma (he does not call me nana when talking to friends) and they said you mean the one that is ripped? I guess that was a compliment of sorts. It doesn't make me feel real feminine when put like that. I am glad that you had a nice time with your son.

Good morning,

Still a little bit to go in front hall, I did the bottom half yesterday, now I need to get the tall ladder to do the last part that is near the ceiling. It was a beautiful day yesterday, low 70's, low humidity. It's 57 here right now...so nice. I will be opening all the windows to get some fresh air in here.

Valerie, I hear you on the cleaning bathrooms. Ours are strange, one in the attic which is partially finished. I am guessing that whoever did that, had kids that stayed upstairs there...how in the summer I have no idea. There is no AC there and it is like an oven in the summer. One in the basement, same thing, they finished part of the basement, put in a bar etc and a bathroom with just a stand up shower. Ugly, horrible place. We use it for storage for John's reloading supplies. Wow those bikes are not cheap! They don't look very sturdy?

Lynda, not sure what happened with Keegan, but most likely he did pick up something at the trial...I just hope it wasn't a tick. Your son is a pretty good golfer!

Diane Sue, so you didn't get the case and screen protector from the store that you purchased the phone from? I did, but felt it was a rip off...I should have checked Ebay or Amazon. I can tell when I stop taking the glucosamine, my joints start to hurt as well. Yes, Keegan definitely chewed a "hole" in his coat, and broke the skin until it was bleeding. I put anti-itch and anti-biotic ointment on it and started him on Benadryl. You should be very proud that your grandson's friend described you as "ripped"...that's awesome!

Hi to Judy, Lori, & Josie,

Taking my uncle (the one from Florida) to Canada to Swiss Chalet again for lunch....he really likes that place and we all do too....brings back a lot of memories of when we were young...

Take care,

Hi everyone--

This morning I did live Cardio and Weights (54 min.). Once again, a bit too much impact, but I did get a good workout with some modifications and the weight work was mostly upper.

We are having our kitchen cabinets refinished, our dining room table refinished, the bay window shelves redone. A lot of noise around our place too.

Deb, yes, he is a good golfer. I told him he would have to wait until he retires and he has more time to play. Hah! Pretty cool here as well and low humidity. Nice you have time to spend with your uncle.

Diane Sue, if you are "ripped" in the view of young men, I would take that as a definite compliment. I don't think I have the genes for getting ripped. Either that, or I like my cooking too much!

Hi Everyone,
May I join this group? I must confess to lurking here for a long time, but I never post. My name is Carolyn and I am 65 (66 next month). I retired last October after 39 years in education. I have been doing Cathe workouts since 2010. Today I did Rock Em Sock Em kickboxing.

Today I got up early and got in my workout so I could run a couple of errands and get back when the plumbers came. Unfortunately we have a major under the slab leak problem. Carpet will be torn out. I think we will have a mess. Anyway today I did Tabatacise 46 minutes, heart rate, avg. 136/ max 161. Fit Bit 277 calories, Map My Fitness linked to the Fit Bit 309, Calories burned Calculator based on average and time plus fitness level, 373. I am inclined to go with the Map My Fitness on this one. I felt I was working pretty hard though. I then did Burn Sets Biceps and Triceps, 40 minutes, heart rate average 112/ max 146. Fit BIt 149 calories; map my Fitness 230; calories burned calculator 217. Total time 86 minutes, Fit Bit total calories 426. It looks like next month I will have a few forced rest days. I have jury duty and there is no way I am getting up early enough to work out and be ready to sit all day long down town. I am going to try to ride downtown with my son in law since he works down there. I do not want to be trying to park in one of the parking garages. I had just mentioned this to my daughter in law a week ago that when we lived in Oklahoma City I was called every other year. I can look forward to the year I turn 70 and do not have to do it anymore. They never select me. Too many family members in some sort of law enforcement but I have to go.
Weights on Burn sets Biceps and Triceps

Deb, children seem to deal with discomfort when they are enjoying themselves. I remember it being so hot and my older daughter at the age of 10 disappearing into her closet. She wanted privacy form her sister since the shared a room. She would sit in there with a blanket of all things and read. I don't know how she stood it. I told her one day that the dhs daycare licensing people would come to visit and think I was abusing her or something. Poor Keegan. I hate when I see one of my pets in obvious misery. I hope that you enjoyed your lunch today. It sounds nice. I bet it is beautiful where you live. We had a little drizzle today but the sun came out. Still it is cooling down a bit.

Lynda, I am sure it will get pretty noisy here when they start tearing up the floor to run the pipe through. We had a slab leak in another house and when they get out the jackhammer it is loud. I think we may be forced into new flooring. I wanted to get rid of carpet but definitely not along with a huge plumbing project. I put Gertie upstairs so hopefully it does not worry her too much. I don't know if genes plays a part. I have had my husband ask why I don't bake bread like I used to all of the time and all of the goodies. I told him it is because I would eat it. I am prone to eating a whole loaf of fresh homemade bread slathered with butter all by myself. It does not work for me. I bake cookies and that sort of thing when we have guests and I try to choose a flavor that is not my favorite. Sometimes even that does not work.

Hi, Carolyn. Welcome to the check in. I have not been here real long myself.

Good evening ladies!

Yesterday was Jessica Smith's 20 minute arms from her 10 Pounds Down Better Body Blast. I mentioned this before but I love this little timesaver. I added on SB Strong Back to really work the upper body. This morning I figured I'd try my luck with JS and did the 20 minute legs from the same DVD and it was good too. I needed to use heavier weights to really feel it though. I added on SB's hamstring on ball. At lunch we did 21d Barre Legs so my legs are tired. The ladies enjoyed me joining in!

Josie...HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!! So nice you were there for their first day of school. Yes the drive was worth it.

Lynda...congrats you can fit into your wedding dress. Pretty sure I can fit into mine too. I was only married 9 years ago though. :D How nice you are redoing the kitchen. I love the work we did to ours this past winter. Love coming home to it.

Deb...so sorry the dogs did not qualify. Hope Keegan is ok. Something must have really irritated him. Taking wallpaper off is so time consuming. In the fall the plan is to redo the bedroom and take down the wallpaper. Not looking forward to this. I can't wait to have a 1/2 bath!!!!!!!!!!

Valerie...puss is adorable. Our cats are so similar. They love laying in the windows or they find the little spot of sun shinning in. I take no vitamins or supplements whatsoever. I have a hard time taking the meds I need too. I always try and add them in but never consistent.

Diane Sue...I love Tabatacise! One of my favorite tabata workouts. I have Amy Dixon's breathless body 1 & 2 but Tabatacise is my favorite. Awesome continuation of your workouts after. I am pretty much exhausted after Tabatacise. My son had Jury Duty last week and was on a 2 day trial. Good to know you are not called after 70!

Have a great night all!

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did a Spinerval and today I did XTrain Burn Sets-Chest, Back & Shoulders. The new Fit Tower arrived today and I got it set up. I previewed the dvds and they look good. I may try one out tomorrow.

Deb-That's too bad about Keegan. I hope he will be ok.

Lynda-I can still fit into my wedding dress, but, like Lori, I was married 9 years ago, November 2007. That's really nice that you are redoing your kitchen.

Valerie-your kitty is adorable! I read that Consumer Reports article on vitamins too. I just take a few basics, Vit D, a probiotic, sometimes fish oil, not much else anymore.

Lori-great workouts! Did you get your fit tower yet?

Josie-Happy Belated Birthday! It sounds like you had a wonderful day!

Welcome Carolyn!

Good morning,

No workout yesterday. We had a really nice time with my uncle. It was just the 4 of us...my brother, cousin, Uncle and me.

Lynda, is there step work in live Cardio & Weights? I know the DVD had step in it. That's great that you are getting the cabinets done. Assume they are wood and you are getting them re-stained etc? It will feel like a new kitchen.

Fitgran, Welcome to the group! :).

Diane Sue, that's awful about that leak...assume you do not have a basement? What causes a leak like that and how did you find it? I was called for jury duty 3 times in the 70's, and never since. "They must have lost my info...LOL. :). I was never selected either when I was interviewed....my best friends brother was chief of detectives on the police force, and my brother was held up many times when we had a men's store downtown....my answers to the 2 questions always got me excused.

Lori, I looked at that Jessica Smith DVD over at Totalfitnessdvds....they don't give really specific descriptions...does it have premixes? Let me know when you are ready to take down that wallpaper...I found a great method on pinterest that amazingly works easily, no harsh chemicals etc and cheap!

Judy, great that the tower came that fast. Was it easy to set up? They said that this one would be easier to take down and store between workouts. The old one definitely is not easy to take down, once it is up.

Hi to Josie & Valerie,

I have been slacking in the workouts...back on track today....literally, meeting my cousin at the track this morning, then agility class tonight....another hot one...it will be 85+....**remember the crate fan** :)

Take care,
