Deb, that premix mish mosh is low impact and there is not step. Calorie Crush Step from Cardio Party has a lot of impact on it. You probably get plenty of steps and activity from the agility classes. I do not know how I managed it, but I got almost 11,000 steps 3 days this week. I guess mowing, cleaning and running to stores added steps. I have been kind of doing some spring cleaning.

Valerie, I don't know what the average cpa usually charges. We have known our cpa for many years. I guess it is helpful as I was able to call with problems when my husband was out of country and they helped me. We used to pay 175 for years and each year we get a surprise cost increase.
Thinking of bison having it rough, My daughter had to have their bull put down because it somehow laid down and I guess they can't get back up. It was out in the pasture somewhere and they had to hunt it down. They tried to pully lift it up, but it was too late. I had no idea that could happen. They have a new calf and are hoping to trade it for another bull.

This morning I did LiTE Cardio Party for 39 minutes and 295 calories burned. Average heart rate was 132 and maximum heart rate was 155.

Deb, the Upper Body Circuit that I did yesterday was from 10 Pound Slimdown Xtreme, the Chris Freytag series that I have been doing this week.

Diane Sue, we used Turbo Tax for years but switched back to the CPA last year. Our situation became a bit more complex and I needed to do a lot of reading even with the guidance of the program. Every year I would get very stressed at tax time until I decided that I didn’t want to do it anymore. It was a good decision for us.

Valerie, that’s too bad that the conditions there will cause you to cut your trip short. It’s been a rough winter in that area from what I have read.

Judy, I hope your work day is going well. You have a heavy schedule coming up, but garden centers get really busy this time of year.

Lori, I hope you get some rest this weekend. Do you work out with Chelsie only during the week?

Have a wonderful day everyone.

I have not done taxes in decades. we have always had complicated returns, never "standard deduction" returns. with tax law changing constantly, we don't want to try to keep up. I hate that kind of thing and am awful at record keeping. it is not in my genetics! ours were almost $500 this year but I would pay more not to do them myself.

Big animals like horses, cows lay down but for limited times. a few hours. if they stay down too long, their circulation may be compressed and causes difficulty when they try to get up again. if they are down for a long time, there is probably another reason they are lying down that is the real problem. here-say. my neighbor had horses, said it was a limiting factor in medical treatment, that if they were off their feet for very long they would not recover. I don't know about bulls, but maybe they have similar issues?

we tried another spot to ski this morning, and it was snowmobiled as we thought. the snow was crummy . we will try next season. too late here. it was not ALL bad. it was so pretty out, and we saw hundreds of elk, deer, and a herd of bighorns. looked for bears too but didn't see any.

Carolyn, when I did daycare there was a lot of record keeping. Even having a cpa, I still had to have receipts and things logged and utility bills etc put together.. It was a relief not to have to gather it all together every year and keep track of it.

Valerie, I am not sure why the bull laid down for so long. They had a vet come out when they found him. The neighbors tried to help get him up as they said if it had not been too long he might be okay. I was just surprised, and until she told me that I realized I have never really seen one that had completely laid down like that. They can be such strange creatures. Funny, they have a wagon they roll up the hill with treats and those cows all come running and bawling down the hill. My four year old grandson had a wish to see the cows on his birthday so we did it at their house. They were not coming down the hill so my son in law went up the hill to get them to come down. The bull they had then came tearing down the hill right behind him and my daughter started screaming thinking he would get gored. After that my grandson has decided he is afraid. Although he did feed them some of the treats through the fence.

Our next door neighbors had 3 cows. we had a 5 ft wire fence separating our properties. one day I walked over to the fence while we were chopping wood. the cows came over, one in particular was friendly. I had never scratched a cows ears and face before but she LOVED it. I was a little hesitant not knowing if it was a smart thing to do or not. I never heard of cows biting, I was on the other side so no kicking possible. I always thought cows were dumb but whenever she saw me she would come to the fence and put her head over for a scratch. all it took was one time and she knew me. she didn't come to my husband ever. I don't know what happened to her because they all disappeared. I expect they ended up as steaks in the freezer.
bulls, I would not be so trusting. diane sue, maybe the bull was lying down for so long because he had some other physical problem, maybe the lying down was secondary to his primary issue.

I did Reved up rumble, 6 pack abs, 40 knee push ups. it is a whole lot harder at 6000 feet than at sea level. I'm even acclimated now but always a surprise. it felt good though.
DH would like to sell the rowing machine. it is too easy and he cant work up a sweat. we thought it would be hard enough with the elevation but its not.
