Pentagenarians & Beyond: W/B 2/11/19

My workout was 67 minutes ( I had to go back and edit it) 362 calories total for both workouts, 1,951 steps. I was in a hurry to get ready and out the door :) I am trying to decide if I want to go to Sprouts or put it off till Monday. Tomorrow is family day brunch. We had some much needed rain last night :) My back yard is turning to dirt. I have been outside dumping some buckets of water in my flour pots occasionally. I didn't want to reattach the garden hose. The sun room leaked again. We ordered some Flex seal and Flex tape to see if that helps. The guys that painted had caulked and sealed and it held for awhile. It is frustrating. I don't know how easy it is for dh to get on the roof or whatever he needs to do to work on the glass ceiling. The problem is the flashing along the sides of the sun room lets water in.

Carolyn, I hope things keep going well for your nephew after the surgery.

My favorite workout is the second one on Strength and Stamina, if I am not doing the both workouts combined mix.
