I'm DONE DONE DONE! WOOH HOO!!!!!:+ :7 :+ :7 :+ :7 :+ :7 :+ :7

Friday actually ended up being my final work out with MIC hi/lo and ARX. Saturday was my official rest day and yesterday I was out most of the day so I let it slide....I only had yoga on tap anyway so it's not that big of a deal. :p Now I have to get DH to take pics this week.

Today I start my BBC rotation but I am having trouble deciding on a rotation. x( I will come back and report in with my work out later on...if I ever figure it out!:p I also have running class tonight...in the rain! I can't believe it's STILL raining! I am in Jersey and the state is flooded. Most of the schools in the state are closed today because soooo many roads are flooded out and shut down. It's nuts and it's STILL raining-not hard, but still! YIKES!

Okay Xer's and grads...I'll be back!:)

Hey Wendy, I'm here.

I've eaten so terribly I can't even believe it. It started on Thursday, when I ate almost an entire bag of tortilla chips. They are a trigger food so I don't usually have them in the house. My son opened the bag and I basically devoured it. Friday I did okay. Saturday, another day of overeating. I felt horrible. Thankfully I turned things around on Sunday. I drank plenty of water and ate much better. I also did MIS and KPC. This morning I did LIC cardio only and will again be drinking plenty of water.

Wendy-congratulations on completing the X. I ordered BBC and should have it next Monday. Please give me your rotation details so I'll have a plan to follow when my dvd's arrive.

I'll check back later, hopefully everyone else will post soon.

Diana

Oh Diana...

I feel for you girl! The eating is the *hardest part*. I KNOW!!! Trust me! I do my best to eat as clean/healthy as I can but things are always tripping me up as well. I know it stinks but you have the right idea. Turn it around asap and drink lots of water. The ill affects will go away soon enough...:)

As far as my BBC rotation goes...I have created atleast 3 different rotations and don't know which one to do so I intend to alternate them all. Variety is the spice of life, right? ;)

Here is what the last rotation I created and it is the one I am starting with today..in a few minutes, after I finish my coffee!}(

M: Arms and Abs weight work only + Chin Ups / Running Class in the PM
T: Butt and Legs weight work only
W: Chest and Abs weight work only
R: Spin Class AM/ Yoga PM
F: Shoulders and Back weight work only
S: Full Body
S: Rest

I hope to plug in ARX *one* time per week and will probably throw it in before or after Arms and Abs, Chest and Abs or the Full Body work out to build on the ab work already being done. I am also going to include more cardio then I have listed but I am going to play the rest of the cardio "by ear" as I have so many options. I am aiming for 4 days of cardio total per week though. I will run, do some Cathe, do BBC's non-TM stuff, etc.

Hope this helps! When I complete this week I will post what I plan to do next week!:+

Morning Ladies ..

YAYAYAYAYA Wendy .. congrats on making it the end of the X .. :)

I had a busy Friday: hamburger sale then girls night out ... which got home early .. I was exhausted .. got home around 8:00 .. Sat: we had HORRIBLE storms this weekend .. had a tornado that came right over my house .. .. sounded like an jet airplane .. thank God it never touched down .. but all afternoon and all night was horrible storms .. Sunday .. no storms but HIGH winds .. we had trees popping all over the place .. scary ..

so needless to say .. I stayed INSIDE all weekend .. I still was not feeling up to par .. so I did not exercise for TWO days  .. yes feeling like a fat slob now ..

today just worked heavy weight work on the legs .. tonight is heavy combo circuit class .. I do three - four segments - each segment is like this: cardio - heavy weighted standing leg work - heavy standing arms - then abs on the ball .. repeat etc.. it is a TOUGH class!

Ok .. it is a typical Monday .. bad thing is while working out in the gym at lunch .. saw one of my customers that cussed me out a few weeks ago .. he was trying flirting me and SIL .. he recognized me right before leaving .. I was VERY uneasy!!

OK .. have a great day .. great sweaty workouts!!:7

Hello there! I watched as the UPS man drove up and then down the road in front of my home. NO, he did not make a stop.x(

Congrats on your completion Wendy. Too cool!:) Can't wait to see the pics.

Mon. AM workout - Terminator. Talk about a bang for the buck!

I'll check back in tomorrow. Hello to all you x-er's that follow!

I'm looking forward to those pics Wendy!!! Congratulations!

Talk about bad eating. A friend at work made me stroufili (sp?) (the Italian honey balls that are around at Christmas time). She had promised them during the holidays and never got around to it. I wish she still never got around to it.....I am stuffed!!!! I feel horrible. No control. At lunch I ran the rest of them to my Moms. There's always a reason to overeat for me.

Well, I think we got a temporary reprieve from the rain. Sky is still very dark so we'll see.

I don't know what I'm doing for exercise tonight. Right now I can't even move. I think a crunch would make me throw-up. I have a huge glass of water at my desk right now.

Has anybody considered the "Squeeze" workout yet? I'm just curious what everyone thinks about it. They're raving about it over at VF.

Nancy

Laura, Thank goodness that tornado did not touch down! How scarey!!! Have fun at class tonight-knock 'em dead!}(

Amy, You are awaiting the arrival of the X from Mr. UPS man, I presume? }(

Nancy, Keep drinkin' that water and you'll be feeling fine in no time!!!:) To answer your question, I just read about squeeze today. It's alot of $ for one 60 min work out if you ask me so I will not be purchasing it unless/until the price drops perhaps. If it were cheaper I would consider it. Cathe doesn't even charge that much for the single work out discs like the hardcore series!!!

I have completed my first work out in my BBC rotatation. I did Arms and Abs and inserted reverse grip chin ups in between exercises so I got in 5 sets of chin ups. I did them to start it off and then after every 2 exercises of BBC. I managed 3 unassisted chin ups to start with. After that I got 1.5 every time...couldn't get any more. For the final set after I did my 1.5 unassisted I added on 8 assisted. Barry's work out is TOUGH! I think I need to heavy up on the biceps though. I admit I went a bit light! I nailed the tri's with only 5# DB's though! OUCHEES!}(

Tonight I have my wet and cold running class and tomorrow is Butt and Leg day! I have done this one before...I KNOW it's KILLER! I may or may not add some cardio on. I'll see what happens.

BBL girls!:7

Yeah....I guess you're right Wendy. The price is a little steep and I have so many workouts now that collect dust I guess I'll wait.

I'm really impressed with how you workout. Please stop talking about BBC because that will be my next purchase. AND, of course, all of the Cathe's coming up.

Enjoy your run in the cold/wet. It's horrible here. The most running I did was from work to my car for lunch and back again. It's chilly....brrr!!!!x(

Nancy:)

First - what is the Squeeze workout????

Oh, HI EVERYONE - I'VE MISSED YOU........

Busy - Busy weekend!!

I've decided to "officially" do the Lean P90X Rotation!! I've been back and forth and FINALLY made up my mind! I might be scarce, though, on the forums because I'm going to do it in the morning which is basically my only time to really get on and chat here. So, hang in there with me. I'll try to check in quick once I get to work. This will be the only interrupted time I can see having for workouts, anything else I do is 'gravy'. :9 ;-)

I need to focus on losing weight and the lean rotation is suppose to do that, so I'm going to give it a try with pics and everything

I'll try to get back on later.....
Marcia.

It sounds like you have a plan, Marcia. Good luck!!!

I think that "Squeeze" is a mixture of Bar/Pilates(maybe)/LotteBerk, etc. I think more isometric in nature and therefore - SQUEEZE! If you do a search over at videofitness.com you'll see a huge thread going on over there now.

Okay, have a great night everyone!! I just have to get off this computer and get something done. I'm so bad today!!!!!

Nancy

Hi fellow Xers and grads -

Weekends go by so fast don't they? It was pretty scarce in here the last few days so I hope everyone had fun. We didn't do very much - and those are my favorite weekends. I had started doing RS on Saturday when DH came home, so I put in Kenpo instead to see if he would like that one. He really didn't care for it too much - said it was too dancy for him. :7 :+ Too dancy??? OMG - what cardio workout am I gonna put in for him next??? Any suggestions? I think he would hate the beginning of CardioX with the Yoga - as he is not very flexible and gets frustrated with it pretty easily - ACK! :D

Wendy - P90X graduate - fits pretty well doesn't it?;) Congrats on all of your hard work. You will be missing Tony soon.:) Have you done all of the BBC workouts yet? I soooo wish I had a treadmill that works! I keep searching the classifieds for a used one. With Cathe's workouts soon to be coming out, I'd better budget for it. LOL! Those darn BBC workouts are tough aren't they? No breaks in there.}(

Diana - Don't worry too much about a day or two of bad eats. It happens to all of us and life's too short... I did the same thing last weekend over Easter:( I felt horrible and it was nice to get back on track on Monday and start fresh - plus I still lost a pound at the end of the week in spite of my splurge. Personally, I think a bad day now and then helps to confuse the body and may actually help to drop the pounds. OK, so this may not be scientifically sound, but it has worked for me - as long as I got back on track.

Laura - Tornadoes?:D I absolutely love tornadoes, which is easy for me to say since I have never seen one. I'm one of those crazies who would love to go on vacation in tornado alley chasing storms. I just love storms but I have never been in a scary one either. I don't think I would like them so much if they were threatening to take my home away.

Nancy - the squeeze huh? Hmmmmmm - I need a TM, Cathe's new workouts, camping stuff, etc., etc. LOL! I really shouldn't go and check these out since I just bought BBC. I was tempted with the fluidity post in open forum too..... So many workouts, so little time.:)

Marcia - Sounds like you will be super busy with the lean rotation. We'll be thinking of you. Good luck and have fun if we don't see you for a while.

Amy - A newbie? Welcome aboard!

Well - gotta go check e-mails - BBT

Angie

Well, I blew off my running class tonight. Opted for the indoors today since it's still rainy and quite cold. It also didn't help that I've head a headache almost all day long...not a bad one but enough to interfere...ACK!x( So I ended up doing Itread set 2/20 mins. Short fast run with hills. I was sweatin' like a pig in no time!}(

Talk to everyone tmrw! :)
