Good Morning ladies

Another beautiful day in paradise! I could get used to this. I can't wait for this weekend - I will be out in the woods hunting for mushrooms:9 . I just love getting out there and finding those little treasures and then eating them is just frosting on the cake.

IMAX 3 is on tap for today. DH has a B-Day on Thursday and we are going away for a conference together which will be lots of fun, but I feel bad b/c I haven't gotten him anything yet. He has everything he wants so it's hard to buy for him. I'll be thinking about it all day I'm sure, but I hate to make a trip in town just looking for something to buy when he doesn't really need or want anything. Ugh!;(

OK - rambling over. What are you all up to today - Cathe, Tony, BBC, running, or what other surprises do you have up your sleeves?

Morning Ladies!

Yes Angie .. another beautiful day in paradise here too. Rain is due to move in by Thursday .. but I am not complaining .. we need it! and it is supposed to clear by the weekend and have another sunny beautful weekend to enjoy ..promise I am using sunblock if I get time to lay by the pool! LOL

Angie .. DH .. I got one of those hard to buy for men too!! Dontcha hate that. If he wants something he buys it then and there .. I finally surprised him this year .. bought him some thermal hunting waders .. something he will only use maybe once a year ..but something he NEEDS and won't spend money on b/c he only will use it once a year .. I was SO PROUD of myself!! good luck with the b-day present hunt! I feel for ya!!

today going to skip the lunch workout and run errands ..x( .. last night SIL begged me to do the core torture class instead of sculpting so I did .. so tonight I am doing total body weighted sculpting class .. .ooooohhhh .. everyone is gonna be sore!!!}(

My BBC is due in today .. I am so excited!! can't wait to dive into these workouts! My plan after this week is to alternate between BBC weights and P90X weights .. and maintain my classes ... and fit it 2 long runs a week .. that is the plan anyway!! :D

Paradise for sure! The weather is delightful! I plan on taking DS outside in a little bit to play before his nap. :)

I went to the gym this morning and did 30 mins of ITread 11/40 min. It whooped my butt! At nap time I will be doing BBC's full body work out again.

Here is my tentative plan for this week's work outs starting from this past Sunday:

S: BBC full body
M: Yoga
T: 30 min Run + BBC full body
W: Run
R: Spin + Yoga
F: ARX + BBC full body
S: Run
S: Rest

I am going to try to do a different mix of BBC work outs each week to keep thing interesting. }(
 
Good Morning Ladies,

I didn't have a chance to checkin yesterday. I did BBC Chest & Abs and Lowmax. Since I missed my long cardio w/o this weekend, I did Cardio Fusion Mix n Match premix this morning. I hope to get BBC Shoulders and Back in this afternoon. It's much easier to get these workouts in when I'm working from home.

DS ordered a lap top and it requires a signature on delivery. I worked from home yesterday afternoon and DHL didn't show up. When I checked the tracking last night, it said they tried to deliver it at 11:30. So, dh and I are hoping it is delivered today.

By the way, my hamstrings are so sore. I think its from the cardio on the BBC Butt & Leg w/o. Is or has anyone else done the BBC cardio sections? They are short, but oh my-you never get a break.

Angie-A nice card and a nice meal are great birthday gifts. No need to spend money on something unnecessary. Have a great time with Imax 3. I'm thinking about doing that one tomorrow. It's a toss up between Imax 3 and MIC.

Laura-You are too funny. I'm sure your pics will look great whenever you get around to them. You'll have to let us know what you think of BBC. Your core torture class sounds wonderful to me.

Wendy-I like your rotation. I see your adding in more running. It is definitely the season for that. I need to get more disciplined about doing yoga and fit it into my rotations.

Hi Ladies.

BBC Full Body is done!}( I'm now rewarding myself with a nat p/b sandwich on ww bread. YUMMY!:9 It's funny...I used to avoid p/b like the plague. It has so much fat in it that I figured I would never see any results if I ate it. Now I eat some almost every darn day and am in better shape then I was when I NEVER ate it! Ya live and ya learn, right? ;)

Diana, I hope DS' laptop comes today so you can stop planning your life around the delivery guy!x( I've done a couple of the BBC non-TM cardios. They kick-arse! That's for sure!}( I missed running more frequently while doing the X. Many weeks I'd only get 1 run in so I'm trying to add more in where I can these days w/o over-doing the cardio.
 
Wendy .. Wendy .. Wendy .. just got my BBC ...and previewed arms and abs .. OK . I am gonna kill ya!!

JEEZE!!!!!

just viewing it scared me .. LOL

the cardio is INSANE .. and the treadmill workout is VERY unusual .. WOW .. SIL is gonna kill ya too . LOL ...

.. just kidding I thank you for all your reccommendations .. even though I feel a very sore body coming on!!! LOL:7
 
Hi girls!!

I see everyone is doing well. I love this weather!! It's a perfect weather day today.

I just finished B&G....I love that workout. My legs are already feeling it. I've been walking in the evenings too trying to get the most from this weather.

I started counting WW points. I had to give up the 5 - 6 clean meals a day for now. I'm eating too much!!!!!! All the exercise in the world is not going to get rid of this 10 lbs. and I want them GONE!!! I joined over on the WW checkin' so come on over.

Okay, have a great night. We'll expect a full report on BBC from you too Laura. Enjoy them.

Late check-in for me…

Monday was C&B and ARX…yesterday I opted for a rest day…today (Wed.) will be S&A and ARX.

Angie :: did you find something for DH? I have a few hard-to-shop-for people in my life, too…What about tickets to a sport event? Or a skydiving gift certificate? Or maybe a surprise weekend getaway? Membership to a gym? I’m just throwin’ out a bunch of ideas. :)

Laura :: that class sounds tough…where do you teach it? At your gym?

Wendy :: how long is the BBC full body w/out?…PB is good…what is the natural brand you use? The last one I tried I did not care for.

Diana :: I didn’t do the cardio on that one yet…but I think I did feel it in my hams after B&L.

Nancy :: I agree with all, this weather has been fabulous…We are due to get some rain starting today. B&G is a good one…haven’t done it since I started the X…but strangely, I get hankerings to do it. I must be some kind of masochist. ha
