P90X Jan/Feb starters/grads - Saturday

What a beautiful Saturday. The sunshine is georgeous. I think it's actually gonna get HOT today.}(

Still have lots of clean max to do, but not really in the cleaning mood. After breaking into my moms house yesterday and seeing how darn clean and organized she is, it makes me feel a bit guilty about my mess! Although, she doesn't have 2 DS's to clean up after either.:D

I did the X S&A and decided I had enough energy to do BBC Chest&Abs. I didn't realize that the weights on that one is 40 minutes!}( I was expecting 20 minutes...Oh well, I got thru it and have DOMS this morning. I think Rich is way easier than Barry. Rich gives breaks because he is soooooo gabby, which kinda annoyed me at times, but then again, I was not happy about it being 40 minutes either.;-) I have BBC full body on tap for today.

Oh, by the way, I was down a pound yesterday on weigh in day so I think I'll have a few beers and pizza this weekend:):)

Good morning Angie

It's a beautiful day here too and I think it's gonna get hot here too. Great day to be outside. I'm also doing some cleanmax before I get to go out. Not too much more though.

I have legs on tap for today which I'm planning on as soon as I'm done and then I'm outta here. I have some errands, a walk in the park, and dinner out on tap for today. It's always dinner out....my downfall!!!

I've been following WW points this past week and I'm doing pretty good with it. I'm writing every morsel down and that helps a lot!

I've been giving BBC a lot of though and I think I decided...naah! I don't like high impact cardio, matter of fact, I hate cardio. I'm not good at jumping and stuff and I think I'll continue with my walking for now. I know, I know...I need some REAL cardio but I'm a wimp at heart.

Hi ladies,

Oh my, I did BBC Arms & Abs this morning. I'm sure my triceps will be on fire tomorrow. I also did the cardio-It is only about 25 minutes long, but I would compare it to the blasts only premix of the Imaxes. You do one minute of each exercise and it just continually moves. He doesn't give you chance to catch your breath!!

I may do more cardio later today. I like to do long cardio workouts on the weekend. Tomorrow is BBC Butt & Legs followed by KPC.

Angie-great job on the weight loss. A little splurge every now again is okay.

Nancy-I don't think I will be doing the BBC cardio often. I do want to try them all at least once so I can make an educated decision and not miss out on something I might like.

Hey ladies~
Just came in from a 3 mile run - it is absolutely gorgeous out there! These are the kind of temps I would love all spring & summer long. May do some yoga later on, maybe not. Will see how the mood strikes me.

Angie :: WTG on the -1!

Diana :: I've only done 2 of the BBC workouts since I'm doing the X, but the Arms & Abs cardio was one of 'em, and I agree - it packs a punch in a short amount of time.

Nancy :: good job on the controlled eating...I seem to have two days on, two days off...I need to buckle down...enjoy tonight's dinner out. Yeah, I'm not a fan of jumping and high impact, either - when I do some of the drills in DM, it seems like I only move about an inch on the floor. Thank God for being able to do these w/outs in the privacy of your own home *lol*.
