Today's plan is Butts and Guts at nap time and a run or EXT in the evening.
Diana: Your DH doesn't know about your piercing yet? You are a bad girl!}( LOL
Angie: A half marathon is 13.1 miles. A full marathon is 26.2 miles. Ya train for a half by running alot! LOL I'll be training to walk/run it so I'll be walking AND running when I train. The training schedule I got online has you walking/running up to 6 days per week. That's too much for me. I will probably cut that back to 4 days and will do 2 solid runs, 1 solid walk and 1 walk/run. All of the training is only 30-45 minutes long and then you have the weekly LONG session. This is where you gradually increase your mileage to prepare yourself for the distance you will run in the race. This is the day I will actually walk/run since that's what I want to do in the race. So are ya sorry you asked? LOL
