Ordered new videos today!!! Sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!

I just had to brag about ordering the new pre-sale videos today!!!!!!! I didn't even ask or tell the hubby!!! I just had to do it. I'll just pay the consequences (not there ever are any... only the rolling of the eyes LOL) later.

Anyway, I can NOT wait for them to get here.

Does anyone know the latest of when they are targeted to arrive???????

Also, does anyone know what all equipment is needed? I think it says you need a medicine ball. What kind/size should we get???

I barbells, dumbbells, step, reebok pilates ball. Not sure if I need anything else???

Hi Pammer,

The only piece of equipment you left out of your list is a stability (aka balance) ball... or is that the same as the Reebok Pilates Ball??!?!?!

I can't wait for the new DVDs to get here, either. And, of course, I also didn't tell DH!!! I just try to beat him home on those days!

I am pretty excited to.I think that they are filming in Nov sometime and are hoping to have the workouts out by Christmas.What a perfect christmas gift.If they do come,I think I will be just as excited as a kid at christmas.I pity whoever hasn't got them ordered!!!!! They are going to have to listen to us chatting about the videos all the time and how hard they are!!!!!!!

Hi Pammer,

Well done for ordering the new series ! I haven't ordered it yet, I am waiting to hear reviews first, because I also want the CTX series in January.
With regards to the weighted medicine ball, Cathe posted a while back in reply to a question, and said they would be using an 8lb rubber medicine ball, but a 6-8 lb ball will be fine too.

I found a medicine ball at Walmart for $16.99. It was 10 lbs. though. I don't think you mentioned that you had one. I looked at Sports Authority and they were a LOT more expensive.

Congrats on your order! I ordered the first day they started the pre-sale. With DH'S blessings nonetheless!!!! Since then, we got a DVD player and I've been ordering DVD's to replace my videos like crazy. Can't get enough of good ole Cathe!

Sherry - thanks for the heads up about pricing at Sports Authority. I would have wasted my time going there to compare their prices to Wal-Marts'. You saved me a trip!

I broke down and ordered last night before leaving work! I'm really excited too.

Now that I've read this thread I know what equipment I need to have handy for the workouts. Looks like I only have one purchase to make! YEAH!

Yes, I think my ball is a stability ball. It is a big round ball that I do abs and stuff on. It also came with a Reebok Pilates tape???

So, looks like I will need a medicine ball. Thanks to this post I know to look at Wal-Mart first.

Those of you that bought them or will buy them did you buy an 8 lb ball?
