Order of Intensity? Easiest to Hardest?

Hey folks -- Just got my Shock Cardio DVD's and I'm trying to work them into a roation. I am coming off a 6 week hiatus from exercise (terrible, I know) -- so I've lost a little fitness and I will not want to start the year with something that will kill me. For those who have previewed and completed the workouts, what would you say would be the order from easiest to hardest? From the posts I have been reading, I think I'll be saving the HiiT workouts until I can build up some stamina again.

Thanks for the advice! Rock on!

Hi Charlene! I"m sure you will get some slight variations to this answer but here is my take...however, it's been a while since we filmed them so I may be a bit off in my calculations.

Easier (1) to harder (10) (number 2 and 3 could be tie for intensity as well as number 9 and 10)

EASIER to HARDER:

1) Travel Fit

2) MMA Kickbox

3) Step Moves

4) MMA Fusion

5) Heavy Bag Bonus Workout (actually this should not really be rated as it is just considered a 19 minute add on BUT if it is added to any of the lower intensity workouts it will bring them up in their intensity ranking :D)

6) Circuit Blast

7) MMA Boxing

8) Athletic Step

9) Cardio Core Circuit

10) HIIT 30/30

11) HIIT DOuble Wave Pyramid

12) HIIT 40/20

Oh, Charlene, thank you for this question and Cathe, thank you for this answer!!!

I've tried all but three of Shock Cardio's workouts now and would rank those I've tried exactly how Cathe ranked them. MMA Boxing and Athletic Step were a lot more intense than they appeared to be during my preview!!!

Have fun with all your new workouts, Charlene! :)

Wow, I started with the toughest one. Now I don't feel quite so wimpy about having to modify by doing a few less butt kicks and the like than Cathe and crew. Off to do something (slightly) less intense....

This is EXACTLY what I just logged on to check out. Thank you for the post. And thank you, Cathe, for the reply.
